I cuscinetti si sono rovinati subito e la carica dura pochissimo, non è possibile allenare le due gambe una dopo lnaltra senza ricaricarlo

Bought to ease lymphoedema, not the standard treatment but exercise and lymphatic massage was not helping. The change has been outstanding. I’ve had to slowly increase the intensity because my muscles have become quite weak. Almost up to the top intensity now and it’s been amazing. It’s not cheap and the replacement pads aren’t cheap and yet I no longer need to take painkillers to sleep and am feeling so much better. Definitely worth the money if you struggle to exercise or to target your thigh muscles. Probably the most discomfort is felt is because of the cold pads! It’s easy to use and as long as you only increase the intensity as they recommend it’s not uncomfortable. I am not yet on full intensity and I can see and feel how hard my muscles are working. It feels excellent quality.

Genial, muy fácil de poner. noto enseguida cómo trabajan los músculos de los muslos. Además lo coloco en diferentes posiciones para hacer más hincapié en diferentes músculos. Evidentemente, es un complemento al gym.
