Ezona Heated Eye Mask, Warm Eye Compress Mask for Dry Eyes, USB Electric Eye Heating Pad with Temperature & Timer Control, Dry Eye Mask for Blepharitis, Sinus Migraine (Gray)

I bought the Ezona Heated Eye Mask to help relieve my dry eyes and have used it almost every night for 2 weeks. It heats up fast and has 3 heat settings (high, med, low). I find the medium setting works best for me. It also has multiple timer settings, so I can set it to turn off in case I fall asleep with it on. The size of the mask works well for me and I find that it heats up evenly across the surface. It is soft and has just enough weight to sit comfortably on my eyes. The head strap is comfortable. The USB cable is conveniently long and the controls are easy to use. I like that it has a removable/washable cover. I have used microwaveable masks in the past but hate the uneven heating and the fact that I have to keep re-heating them. I feel having the convenience of USB power, timer and adjustable heat settings will help me be more consistent with using heat therapy for my dry eyes. I think the price is fair. It seems like a good quality mask and I hope it lasts for a long time.

I needed warm compresses for my eyes to help with dry eye syndrome. By the time I would warm up a cloth and apply it to my eyes, it would be cooled off. This product is a WIN! Easy to use. Comfortable. The adjustable strap is easy to adjust. The mask does not slip. The timer and adjustable heat temperature is a huge asset! My eyes are already feeling better after just a week and half of use. My plan is to purchase another one to leave at our home away from home.

*6 MONTH UPDATE* Still working great! A good solution to clean the mask is wipe away dirt with a damp cloth, then leave the grey fabric side facing up in direct sunlight for an hour to kill germs. Just remember to unplug the control part before leaving in sunlight. **UPDATED REVIEW** They sent a replacement the next day. Item works great! It gets very hot, I was surprised how strong the highest setting was! The only con is that there is no real way to clean this. Other than that, I am satisfied! It's helping with my eye strain and dry eyes (old review) Can't even use this because the remote control is missing. Nothing to plug it into. There's a lack of quality control. The box wasn't even shrink wrapped so I am assuming this was used and returned but no one checked for any missing parts. Now I have to ship back and wait for a replacement. Very disappointed.

Ezona heated eye mask is the best Eye mask I have tried! I have used it twice a day for 1 month now. After trying 4 other types of heated eye masks (for dry eye treatment), I can honestly say the Ezona (with cover) is my favorite because of all the conveniences. It is lightweight, easy to clean (if you purchase the one with cover), portable, and a consistent temperature. No more running to the microwave to keep heating it! I remember reading in the reviews that a couple people had issues with the power. I discovered that it depends on what kind of power source you use... Since it does not come with the power box (just a usb cord) you may have to unplug and re plug it into a PORTABLE power source to reset it. I've had to do that when using a power bank but not when using an electric surge protector. But being able to use a power bank (I actually use my hand warmers as a power bank) makes it so very convenient to take it with me anywhere I go! As for the heat - it does get hot but one should take responsibility for themselves, if it's too hot on your face then take it off. I appreciate that it has a timer I just wish it had a 20 minute timer as that is how long I need to keep it on for dry eyes. Right now I have to choose between 15 and 30 minutes - though it can go up to 45 or 60 minutes, which IF on HIGH temp, I can see it causing a burn. Love this video from ophthalmologist Dr Michael Chua doing his own warm compress experiments (search it in YouTube "4 natural dry eye treatments that ACTUALLY WORK") Also I highly recommend that you pay the extra $2-3 to get the cover, as the heated mask part cannot be washed easily and it's so simple to throw the cover in the washing machine. I would also recommend closing/securing the velcro together and placing in a lingerie bag before washing. Then I let it air dry. Hope you are just as happy with it as I have been. 😊

I love this heated eye mask. It has 3 settings and timing in increments of 15 minutes. Began using it when received and I'm finding it much better than the Bruder mask as it holds the temp. It is very relaxing to use the mask - I use it before bed and nearly fall asleep. As to helping the dry eyes...that's to be determined as it's only been 5 days since I received it. Hopefully it does! Note - there is no battery - must be plugged in, so you do need to be near an outlet. This is not a negative for me, but may be an issue for some.

Only giving it a 3. The device has to be unplugged a few times before it begins to heat. And sometimes, it shuts itself off! Can't say, I recommend this item.

The side intended to be on your face doesn't even get warm, but the side with the wire coming out gets hot enough to help my dry eyes. The little wrap it comes with is useless. The controller on the wire feels like a cheap flea market toy, the buttons feel like they're going to fail sooner than anything else. I don't think it's worth what I paid, but it is much more convenient than the microwave gel beads I had before.
