Easy on, easy out...
I love baking with awkward shaped molds, not easy getting cake out in one piece. Thought I'd give this a try. Prepped the mold with the cake release. Now it looks yucky when you pour it out, but spreads really well when used with a silicone brush. Also a little goes a long way so don't overdo it. Took the cake out of the oven & tipped it onto a cooling rack. Et voila! Demolded in one piece. It's easy to clean off as well, no residue, no funny taste on the cake either. This is really good stuff & will be my go to from now on. Cakes are Coconut & blueberry (Left) & cherry & macadamia nut (right).

I have been trying to perfect Nigellas Bundt cake for years. I was very skeptical -and have almost cried tears trying to get cake out of tin in one piece. but TA DAH !!! It works!! Made my Christmas!! 😂

Good product
It does exactly what is described to do. It lined the cake tin fine and released the cake easily. I only purchased it to make the brushing of my cake tin easier rather then having to melt butter. I just think it could be slightly cheaper.

Tried once
Didn't really work on a giant cupcake silicon mould, cake still stuck. Think I will stick to using greaseproof paper instead.

Easy to use
It was easy to use, I made a cake in a Yule Log patterned cake tin and it came out in one piece so that’s a win win. No taste was left on Cake, vale for money.

À appliquer de préférence avec un sopalin car en l'appliquant au pinceau il y a trop de matière et elle remonte sur les bord.
