Volume is very low, better to connect with earphones or headphones.3. No ms office included.4. No near service centers.But over all, it is a pretty good laptop with i5 12gen H series, 16gb ram, 512gb SSD.

Worst laptop ,battery life only 2hr 30min if doing normal work and sound quality is very low sound is less than mobile microphone and no service centre available there are service centre only in maharastra not in other states and also if there is internal problems then they say It does come under company warranty and they will not replace or fix it So don't buy this laptop, instead of this you can add some more money and buy a trusted brand laptop which can give better services
