1. This works brilliantly, is super silent and maintains temperature perfectly. Ambient temperature of room is 36C and aquarium temperature maintained at 24C. 2. This is Made in India and the seller is super helpful. I had an issue with the fixing nut on top and he immediately sent me a new one - no charge! It comes with a 2 year warranty and am glad that it's made in India hence I can contact the seller/manufacturer anytime in case of issues. Did I mention it is cheaper than other leading foreign brands that don't have spares available? 3. This works in conjunction with an external cannister filter instead of having to use the pump that it comes with - big plus for the planted aquarium enthusiast. I will definitely be ordering other products from them - next on my list being their AquaNature canister filter for my next aquarium. Will upload photos once I setup both. Just go for this product - highly recommended!

Can anybody solve my issue. Yesterday I brought the chiller and it's reach 26 c degree but chiller not get off again it's changing to 26.3 26.7 26.8 26.9 can anyone please guide me

Best thing is it can be used inline. Does not slow down the water pressure and flow. Is noise less and consumes very less power. I have set up at 26° C to avoid frost formation on glass and it maintains the temperature very well. Took less than an hour's time to bring the water temperature from 31° to 26°. Will definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service even after asking them to call me no one did. The machine has stopped working within 6 months and no warranty support
