I already had one I purchased a number of years ago. Was always a little anxious to use as extremely sharp but I had to get another one as it is the best knife I own. Just be careful as you would with any sharp object. Cuts my veggies and meat smoothly and quickly. Excellent product.

I suffer from arthritis & my fingers no longer work properly. This is the perfect size & weight enabling me to chop veg easily. I'm in no danger of slicing my fingers as it's so easy to grip & doesn't slip.

I used this knife at a friends house and immediately came home and bought one for my household. Its used daily for all vegetables and cutting chicken. I've had it at least 9 months now and it's still sharp and no complaints at all. It's absolutely fine in the dishwasher. It makes chopping all veg a pleasure and is definately worth the money.
