Nasal Spray with GSE, 1 fl oz (29.5 ml)

After seeing the other review I had to write one to balance it out! I have been suffering with chronic sinusitis for aroun 8 years. I have had surgery - it didn't help. I get very ill around every 6 weeks and wake up permanently horrible in the sinuses. UNTIL I met this bad boy. Third bottle now and I LOVE it. I havn't been ill since I started. On a day to day basis my sinuses are much much better. If I were to get infected like I usually do i am sure this reduces it. It burns when you spray it but I kind of like the feeling of something actually "working". It's natural, so it's safe to keep using. Seriously I have tried steroid sprays, surgery, a million different tablets, horseradish, hot drinks, spicey food, steaming and the list goes on. Finally I am in more control. I use a combo of irrigation with salt water, this spray and nose strips at night (traditionally meant for snoring but it keeps my nasal passage flowing freely with air).

As others have said...this is worth a go if like me you are a long term nose/sinus sufferer. I've tried the various decongestants (short term fix...long term makes things worse!), tried the various sprays and steroid drops but nothing would actually help....some things like the decongestants actually made things a lot worse! Netti pot I hear you say....yep done that too...again it's not a perm fix as you can't use long term...Yea but I put stuff into the pot too....yea done all that too! But what about steam...yep tried....and the special teas too before you mention those as well!!!!!! I have no idea how or why this works but it has really helped me out big time...I've gone from constant headaches, bunged up nose and nausea to actually having a condition that I can live with. Sure I'm not cured but at least it's liveable now and providing I keep using the stuff things seem to have stabilised.

This is a new spray to add to my repertoire. I have a chronic sinus condition and I believe this spray is effective in helping me manage it.

This nose spray is the best. Helped my son with blocked nose he had for a few months.

Followed instructions - breathing much better now and no more random headaches. There is alot of uncerntainty surrounding GSE having anitmicrobial properties. My sinuses feel clean and lighter, maybe it just the gse antioxidant properties assisting the typical ingredients. Give it a try if you wake up with a blocked nose every morning and find yourself blowing your nose alot even after trying antihistamines. Heck, get it if you travel on the underground often; just to remove all that oily dust which piles up.. Also be careful not to use normal toilet paper or frilly towels to blow into. The particles just end up further agitating your nose, just like dust...

I can’t sleep at night unless I can breathe through my nose, so I’ve been addicted to nasal decongestant spray, which I’ve recently found is really bad for you long term! So I tried this spray... it didn’t work at first like I’d hoped, but I persevered...after a couple of days... I can finally breathe. Definitely recommend.

Would recommend this spray if you suffer with sinus problems. It is really helping me, had blockage for long time and ENT useless, so decided to try and help myself, read the reviews and thought nothing to lose. The pressure in my mouth has gone, the awful stuff I had in the mornings has gone, so for me it seems to have worked. I will keep using until fully recovered then intermittently to stop a build up again.

I've been suffering with sinus issues for around 6 months now. As any sufferer, I'm willing to try absolutely anything so stumbled across this online and thought I'd give it a go after reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, after spraying this up my nose it made my nose even worse. The swelling was terrible! And the next morning I woke up with a horrible, stuffy sinus headache which took most of the day to shift. It went straight in the bin!

I dont typically leave long reviews but here is my experience and suggestions: This nasal spray is a game-changer for my allergies. Just a few sprays in each nostril effectively flushes out irritants and provides instant relief. What's interesting is that it doesn't seem to be a well-known product among allergists. When I've mentioned it to specialists, they've been surprised, but their consensus is always the same: if it works, keep using it. The current bottle is the perfect size for keeping at home. However, I would love to see a smaller, more portable version for on-the-go use. While the existing size is definitely manageable in a pocket, a more compact option would be ideal, especially during the summer when I'm wearing shorts with tighter pockets. I like to keep it on me because i just never know when my allergy symptoms kick in.

Vielen Dank für das tole Produkt!!! Ich war vom Nasenspray abhängig seit Jahren benutzte ich vom Rathiopharm mehrmals am Tag und konnte die Nase nicht abgewöhnen. Durch NasalSpray Gräpfruitextrakt habe ich nach einer woche erst 1 Nasenloch Abgewöhnen können, benutze es weiterhin mehrere wochen bis sich die Schleimhäute normalisieren dann das andere Nasenloch. ich hatte schon zich Sprays ausprobiert, keine waren so effektiv wie dieses. Allen Gute Besserung.

Para mi no ha sido efectivo, funcionó un par de días y estaba contentísima, pero luego la irritación hizo que dejara de usarlo. Tengo que aclarar que al tener muchas reacciones alérgicas, no es una opinión muy objetiva y puede resultar efectivo para otra persona que no tenga este problema así que aconsejo probarlo. El producto llegó mucho antes de lo esperado, ¡Muchas gracias!
