This heating pad is a good size, easy to control and a great price. The heat is gentle, yet I can feel it through my t-shirt easily. Also, the customer service at Bob and Brad is amazing. My first heating pad spontaneously quit working. I decided to contact Bob and Brad's customer service directly since it had only been 1 year and was within the 2 year warranty time frame. I received a quick response with two easy requests of sending a short video demonstrating what was happening and a picture of the tag with the batch number. After that, they shipped me a replacement and I received it in just a few days. I was grateful, as I was in need of it and my "back-up" heating pad just wasn't cutting it.

Almost the equivalent of a hand held massager in terms of relief from "stickers" and other knots and sore places in your back. Can be draped over shoulders, wrapped around leg, hip... . Pretty versatile. Nice heavy weight. Works better in two 30 minute sessions. Tends to feel cooler during the second half hour. Great for tight lower back. We've even used it to wrap feet when they get too cold in winter. Solid purchase with lots of potential. Also bought one that wraps around neck. Like both of these. Super soft and comfortable. Best heating pad I've ever bought.

Because this was recommended by Bob & Brad I thought the product would be of good quality. I bought this heating pad in late November of 2024. Within a month the digital readout broke and it was hard to make out the numbers. Fortunately, I knew that if I clicked the button once, it would be setting #1 and twice for level #2 and so on. Over the past several weeks I noticed that it wouldn't heat up to the higher settings and was only lukewarm at best. Today, just six months out, a horrible odor came from the pad and I had to unplug it fearing it was about to catch fire. It smelled like burning rubber. It was on for just five minutes and I hadn't used it in 24 hours. I have used this heating pad nearly every day for 30 minutes or so each day, usually on a lower setting, so it hasn't been overused. Poor quality aside, I also found this heating pad to be cumbersome and the electrical cord too stiff. You might find, as I did, that the weighted aspect of the heating pad to be too heavy if you have chronic pain and or fibromyalgia, making it difficult to adjust and maneuver. It is soft, though, so that is a positive. Overall, the quality is quite poor and could be a fire hazard. I wish I could get a refund. _______________________________________________________________________________ UPDATED 6/3/25 I contacted customer service via the BOB & BRAD website and received an immediate and very kind and friendly response. I was issued a replacement heating pad within two days, not aware there was a 2 year warranty with the product. I was reluctant to try a replacement but ultimately felt it was the fair thing to do as I respect the BOB & BRAD brand. I know they would want customers to have a good experience with one of their products. Top notch customer service! I'll update if the replacement pad breaks down.

Excellent product. I did however have the power connector port on the pad become disconnected within one year of the two year warranty window. I contacted customer support and received immediate attention with Excellent, and friendly service resulting in a replacement heating pad and an additional 3 months of warranty. Great product and impressive customer service!

Sadly it lasted less than a year with moderate use. Smelled something weird when I last used it and then it just didn't turn on again, realized it had died and that the burning smell was the pad. Glad it didn't catch fire. I never sat or laid on it as instructed but it really didn't last very long.

This weighted heating pad helps soothe the pain during the long term recovery from some accidental injuries. Relieving pain at bed time has helped resolve some sleepless nights. I put a blanket over top of the heating pad and find that the lowest setting provides just the right amount of heat for me. The evenly distributed weight helps the pad conform to the shape of my body and holds it close to me. I feel that this pad represents a good value when compared with the features of other heating pads. Sometimes the pad is accidentally flipped over when I'm moving about. Make sure that light colored side is facing you or you will not receive the benefits of the device. I have found their many Youtube videos to be helpful to me when I needed advice on relevant topics. My positive experience with their videos made purchasing their products an easy choice for me. I own several other Bob and Brad products and trust their brand.
