Wrong product
Product is good but extremely disappointed by the fact that wrong color was delivered due to shortage of the priginal color and when i put it for exchange it took 15 days time and didnt get the proper exchange and order extremely disappointed by the shop and amazon as well !!

I recently ordered a cream-coloured jacket that was described as cotton in the product listing. However, the item I received is made of a different material, and it’s certainly not cotton. While I do like the sweater and plan to use it, the description was misleading. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed discrepancies between the product descriptions and the actual items, although I’ve generally been satisfied with the quality. I believe it would be beneficial to improve the accuracy of product descriptions. Misleading information can cause inconvenience for customers who may prefer a refund or return, which isn’t always an easy process. Given Amazon’s trusted reputation, I hope this issue can be addressed so that customers have clearer expectations in the future.
