This product is hard to find at regular store, the vitamins actually work and help with GLP-1 absorption.

Seems to work great

It's hard to speak on the effect of vitamin D from just one bottle but I've tried several brands and this one seems to work well, meaning, there's no weird aftertaste and no odd side effects. Ingredients are great, all natural. And of course it has the all important K2 which you need to make the vitamin D work. I will say this, I was told by a naturopath doctor that if you get COVID you should pound vitamin D the first 3 days so I took three capsules a day for the first three days when I caught COVID last month from a careless coworker. I was surprised by day three how much better I felt because I expected it to last longer in me. It could have been the strain but I'm not ruling out this vitamin supplement having something to do with that.

I have been taking vitamin D3 for over a decade under the advice of my doctor. I like that this supplement offers the preferred form of Vitamin D (D3), as well as the preferred form of Vitamin K2 (MK 7). D3 is about 87% more effective in restoring and maintaining Vitamin D levels in the body than is D2. The MK7 form of Vitamin K2 is also more bioavailable to the body. This product is manufactured in the US GMP facility with global ingredients, is free of common allergens, does not include magnesium stearate, all of which are positives for me. I especially appreciate having D3 combined with the K2, as the two work synergistically together to improve my particular health condition.
