I’m a big fan of this company and have used multiple of their products. This product specifically has been amazing for sleep depth and quality. Definitely worth the money!

Real Results After Months of Restless Nights
I’ve struggled with sleep issues for months and tried multiple different sleep aids with little to no success. Sleep Breakthrough Capsules have been a game changer. Good ingredients, but didn’t help me
Seems like a good supplement but I took the entire bottle and noticed no difference in sleep. Tolerated it ok. Easy to take.

DID NOT WORK.
I am very disappointed in this product. I took it for several nights, I was wide awake all night. I would like a full refund. Never purchase again.

Works well! Love this brand!
It was good! Works well. Take it about an hour before bedtime, and I fall asleep quick! The price was a little to expensive, and since I already have other supplements for bedtime, I quit taking this one. Positive notes: no upset stomach after taking. Seems to digest well. The health benefits were that I slept well, but was able to find more cost efficient options. The amount of each supplement in the packaging was average to low, and I needed a little more to help with sleep through the night. Overall, it’s a good bedtime starter if you just have a little issue with sleep, and are sensitive to supplements.

Not working....yet?
It may work for some but has not for me. I have taken the daily dosage recommended and still have same sleep issues, I may try to up dosage to test.
