It works ok. It works like as like tea or coffee , help to get rid of sleepiness.

Has an odd flavor and too much caffeine for me. I gave them away.

I am extremely picky when it comes to taste and texture, my usual brand is no longer available so I thought I would try these. You get a good amount for the price, and they work! The taste is great and they hold flavor for quite awhile. I usually take these out with me when running errands and or during my part time job. will purchase again and hope this supply does not run out anytime soon! I also appreciate there is no aspartame

I use this product for a clean mid day energy boost and let me tell you, this stuff works. It’s not too intense so i don’t feel jittery or anxious but it tastes good and maintains a good texture for extended chewing. The ingredients are also super clean (no aspartame) which makes me feel good about using it. Whether you use it for training or just for a mid day boost like me, I highly recommend it!

I had high hopes for this gum. I have been a long time run gum user, but the price was getting a little silly. This product says it's got the same main ingredients I'm looking for - b vitamins, taurine and caffeine in the same amounts. However, this fell way short of expectations. The mint flavor was not great, the chemical after taste made it impossible to chew for longer periods, and I didn't feel much of an energy pick me up. The only thing that is ok is the texture, but that is outweighed by the negatives. Sadly, into the trash with it.

Love the taste of this gum and it really gives me energy, without negative effects.
