My husband and I really enjoy keeping these chips on hand and appreciate the good flavor for being sugar free. We mix them into yogurt or chia pudding, as well as occasionally adding them as a topping for peanut butter on toast! We haven't tried melting it or baking it, but plan to try them for this application. Meanwhile, these little gems perfectly suit our needs. My only wish was that they were a tad better quantity for the money.

Love the choc chips for bakng but very disappointed that I ordered 2 bags for a cooking project but only rec'd one bag! And chrged $30 for both bags! They are very expensive so expected the 2 bags I ordered!
