I checked out a lot of different Tubes and Mask-type Spacers, but was still shocked by how expensive most of them were! Then, I saw this HEWEJA Handheld Inhaler Spacer that was very reasonably priced and had many glowing reviews. Orange is my favorite color, so that's the main reason I picked it. Even though I keep it in a pouch, the bright orange fittings do make the spacer easy to see. Initially, I was hesitant when I read in the Item Description that the mask fits Infants, Children and Adults, but mine fits over my mouth and nose with no problem at all. It works perfectly, allowing a full amount of medicine mist to be deeply inhaled. There's a big difference in using the mask to inhale compared to just the tube. With the mask, I feel I'm getting ALL the mist breathed in through my mouth!! The hard plastic material of tube is sturdy, as is the plastic mask, and the rubber around the mask is nice and soft against the skin. As for Travelability, the unit is fairly small and easy to pack, store, and carry in a big jacket or coat pocket, if you need to have it readily available.

Works great. Good value. Easy to use, clean, and store. Used for my elderly mom with COPD for her breathing meds. She was better able to get the medicine into her lungs using the spacer.

I bought this for my two year-old and he has gone from wearing the mask to actually put it in his mouth. This works great for young kids and they are very sturdy and quality product

This is a great product simply because when (if) you’re using an inhaler very often, your not getting all of the medication down into your lungs where it’s needed (especially for people with asthma). When you use a spacer (larger, tube-like device), it lets you know if you’re inhaling too quickly by making a whistling sound. It also helps the medicine get to where it needs to go - the lungs. When you add the mask to the spacer, you’re not limited to inhaling through your mouth, you can also inhale through your nose. The mask effectively seals against your face with no leaks (depending on how you hold it). The ONLY problem I have is the time it takes to pull off the cap, add the mask, and add the inhaler to the other end. By the time I have it ready to use, I’m turning blue! But that’s not the fault of the product, therefore I gave 5 stars.

The flow warning doesn't seem to do anything, and my pulmonary Dr told me to lose the face mask. It works well. without the mask.

We got this for my 3 year old son inhaler and made taking his inhaler so much easier. He liked that he could choose the color!
