Q: I have two comotomo baby bottles for kids (both of bottles are 8 ounce). could i put them in this diaper bag backpack?

This diaper bag is very roomy. My daughter puts everything in there for 4 month baby including blankets. Everything but the kitchen sink.👼

Q: Is the both sides pouch with the bottle slot insulated? and would the slot fit the dr. brown's original bottle for newborn feeding?

Yes.the both sides bottle slots are insulated bottle pockets.They can keep the perfect temprature of baby water & milk bottle for hours and fits most newborn feeding bottle. Thank you so much.

Yes. I believe it is large enough for two babies. We use it now for the newborn and as a place for snacks and toys for our 7yo.

Yes, they are padded, maybe 2-3 inches wide, and straps are long enough to adjust, just like a regular backpack. The back part of the backpack is also padded for added comfort.
