Great pan!
My husband loves his new pan and uses it for cooking steaks in the oven so far. It is a little heavy, but solid and will last a long time.

Good replacement if no outdoor bbq/grill.
Nice size, heavy and works well on my induction. I use it to grill chicken, burgers & steaks since I cannot have an outdoor grill. Like all cast iron, it needs to heat up before using to eliminate "hot" or "cold" spots. Clean ip is easy & comes pre-seasoned. Reasonable price.

My first cast iron
I bit the dust and decided to try using this skillet and I was NOT disappointed at all! Great quality- yes a bit heavy but it cooks evenly and It’s one of my favorites !

Perfect indoor grill!
It’s a great pan to do steaks, burgers, or chicken to get that barbecue look and taste that we love without going outside in the cold to barbecue! It’s perfect for 2 people for most meats. 4 burgers would be fine! Loved it and does what I hoped for!!

I've been looking for a grill pan for my new induction cooktop for a while now. I already have several 'Green Pan' pots as I try to avoid the nasty non-stick chemicals that are used on most other brands. I was happy to discover this grill pan in 'Green Pan' range (not available in Australia, USA only, thanks Amazon!). Works well.
