the best chocolate I've ever had (but ...)
Taste is subjective so this is just my opinion. Amedei Porcelana is simply the best chocolate I have ever had. It has a beautiful lightly complex taste, and there is no bitter, chemical or gritty aftertaste. In part this is due to the rare variety of cacao used to make this chocolate. It is the fine wine of chocolate. However - you have to get it from a reputable supplier because if it is old, or stored at the wrong temperature and humidity, it will be damaged, and not worth the very expensive price. On Amazon, that is a gamble, which for me didn't pay off. My 5 starts are for the chocolate which I have preciously bought from chocolate experts.

El envío correctisimo, la compré por curiosidad por probar un chocolate de mucha calidad y a ver se nota el sabor del cacao y tal, es diferente a cualquier tableta de supermercado pero el precio es elevadísimo tampoco es algo del otro mundo, si tienes pasta o quieres hacer un regalo curioso para satisfacer la curiosidad de alguien guay

Very good taste, but probably not for the every day chocolate lover. I enjoyed it, but I don't know if I could totally appreciate all of the notes and hints that they said it had.
