I am incredibly happy with this high-quality walking pad treadmill! It is such a great size, I can even fit it in my home office. Even though there aren't rails, it has a built-in safety feature. It does a countdown when you first start it up. It also does a slow stop so you don't get jolted by a sudden stop when you turn it off. I wasn't even close to using the highest speed and felt like I was getting an incredible workout. I love the incline option as well. I used to run, but it did a lot of damage to my knees, so I'm very happy to have this walking pad so I know I can still get my walks in no matter what the weather outside.Another bonus, it is so quiet and also light enough that I can store it on its end if I don't want to leave it in place. I have owned other high-end brands of workout equipment and this is top notch. I love the digital displays. I highly recommend this if you are deciding which brand to buy. It also comes with lubricating oil, tools to adjust the tread if you need to and two remotes.

I got this walking pad to help me stay a little more active during the day and it’s been doing exactly that. It’s quiet enough that I can use it without bothering anyone and it feels sturdy while I’m walking. The size is perfect too because it fits under my desk if I ever want to walk while working, and when I’m done I just slide it under my bed since it’s compact and easy to move around. It was simple to set up and works the way it should with no issues. For daily steps and light workouts it’s been a solid upgrade for my routine.

Impressive Customer Service I wanted to put a separate review for the Customer Service team because they were surprisingly helpful! I don’t think I’m alone when I say it’s hard to find basic human decency these days, and when it comes to customer service it’s not much better. HOWEVER the customer service I received was a pleasant surprise and that’s an understatement! I got a response from their team within hours of reaching out (quick in my opinion) and not only did they send me a brand new replacement walking pad, they told me I didn’t need to send the other one back. This was huge for me because it is super inconvenient to have to send things back and spend more time and effort after something doesn’t work. Then they also gave me a lifetime warranty which I can’t even express in words how much it means to me that they did that. I’ll forever be grateful and will never forget about this experience!! 10/10 recommended!! Walking Pad Review This walking pad is amazing so far!! I am about 5’6” and I was a tad worried that it wouldn’t be long enough to walk on without being extra careful not to slip off the back. But it’s actually great for my size there’s still about 6” of free space from the edge when I’m walking so I don’t even need to pay that much mind. It’s also super convenient to have the extra remote! The instructions are clear and the assembly was pretty much effortless. All I had to do was plug it in!! Super easy. Also, I really LOVE the incline, at first it didn’t work but customer service made the whole thing a breeze which is why I made a whole section of review just to praise them! The incline was one of the main reasons why I decided to buy this machine and I have absolutely NO REGRETS. Oh also wanted to add since I didn’t really see this in other reviews, you can plug it into an extension cord without any issues (maybe contact an electrician if you have issues with that), but for me I use it with an extension cord with no problem. It’s a game changer for those who want to work on their cardio fitness while managing a busy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this walking pad and it is well worth the price!! I’m so glad I stuck with this choice, and forever grateful for the seller’s customer service!

I’ve only had this walking pad treadmill for a day, but I’m already impressed. Setup was quick and straightforward, and I was using it within minutes. I could feel it targeting my legs and making my walk more challenging in a good way. For a compact treadmill, it feels extremely sturdy, and the 450 lb weight capacity shows in how solid and stable it is while in use. The RGB LED screen is bright and easy to read, and the built-in Bluetooth speaker was a nice surprise . it gets loud enough for music or podcasts without sounding cheap. I tried it both under my desk and out in the open, and it works great in both setups. It’s quiet enough that I can walk during calls without disturbing anything.

Absolutely amazing walking pad. I was going to buy the cheap $110 one but I’m so glad I just spent the extra $150 and got this one. Great quality, very sturdy even at the max incline. It’s nice have a remote to control your speed and incline. I was worried the incline wasn’t going to be enough, but it’s a good workout. Bluetooth speaker is nice. Not very loud but works well. I’m 5’1” so the pad fits me great for my strides. My husband is 6 ft and I had him walk on it. He has to take a little smaller strides but works well for him. Thats also another reason I bought this one, the belt is a little longer than most. It’s also light enough I can carry and move all around my house. Highly recommend.

The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
