I tried this brand after I got some good results using the Thermoblaze and I was pleasantly impressed. I have used various different protein powders over the years and usually when I find one I like I don't change but I thought I would give this one a go and I'm glad I did. It pretty much ticked all the boxes for me as far as a protein shake goes: 1. It has the good quality ingredients and mix that I look for to support my training (not too much sugar or carbs) 2. It helps with my recovery and makes me feel that I am progressing in my training and able to lift more 3. It tastes good 4. It mixes well (without having to use a blender, stirring for ages or getting massive lumps in) 5. It doesn't cost a fortune All in all I'd say that it is definitely worth the money and worth giving it a go. I will be sticking with this and seeing how my results improve.

Good taste, deffinatley a good blend for mass without feeling bloated or constipated. Would thoroughly recommend having milk with this though, otherwise it has a bad texture in my opinion.

I have recently been researching the possible and positive health benefits of whey powder with BCAA's, ( Branch chain amino acids ). I decided to purchase the, "Adrian James Nutrition, Healthy Whey Protein Powder with BCAA's," chocolate flavour. This product has been receiving many Amazon UK five star reviews. The whey powder container arrives with a clear plastic security seal, fixed around the lid and the neck of the tub. Also there is an additional security and freshness seal secured over the opening of the container. There is a convenient measuring scoop inside the pot, ( See my three images ). I take one scoop of the whey powder, mixed into cold water, ( I also add, one or two grams of vitamin C powder ), first thing in the morning and I repeat that, one hour or so before bed. I find that the whey powder mixes very easily by stirring with a spoon, without the need for a shaker bottle. The taste of these chocolate shakes are fantastic and so refreshing. After only a few days taking these shakes, I am happy to notice that my energy levels and stamina endurance have increased markedly for the better. This product is manufactured here in the UK. I support UK companies. I give this product five stars and I recommend it. It almost feels like cheating that a healthy, low sugar whey protein tastes like a chocolate milkshake. This is definitely my favourite (I've tried different brands). It mixes well, nice and smooth without the bits you get with some whey protein. I'm training for a sprint triathlon at the moment so this is perfect for recovery, helping build and maintain lean muscle mass and I'd say it's good value too, so all round nothing to complain about!

I ordered this Brand when I couldn't get hold of my usual Brand, it is alot less sickly than most other brands, I use my nutri bullet to mix the powder so not sure how it mixes without a bullet, so far so good, the chocolate flavour almost tastes like white chocolate, it's smooth and not overly thick in texture. I love that there is little sugar in the protein shake, my previous Brand had much more sugar per serving despite being a lean version! I am happy with my purchase and can't wait to see how my body reacts.

Got the chocolate flavour. It's very easy to mix in a protein shaker (dissolves very quickly without any powder residue). It was much sweeter than I expected, but OK as a protein shake and great mixed in smoothies or with porridge, so pretty good all round. Would definitely buy again.

I've been using Adrian James' apps for a couple of years now and am always interested when he releases a new product. This whey protein mixes much better than others that I've enjoyed in the past (Protein Lifestyle, MyProtein) and it tastes excellent. A drawback of mixing with water is normally a distinct lack of flavour and a, funnily enough, watery taste; this tends to mean lots of people mix with milk. This one doesn't have that problem. I've been using it twice a day for roughly a week and can certainly feel an increase in my energy levels and the effort that I'm able to put in training. Highly recommended!

I’ve tried many different whey powders over the years. I’ve bought all three flavours of Healthy Whey and they all mix well and taste great. Seemingly good value for money, HOWEVER, this has been spiked with cheap L-Glutamine, meaning they can claim more protein then there actually is. Looking at the ingredients, there is more glutamine than whey isolate. It also uses intantised BCAAs which shouldn’t be necessary unless using cheap, low quality whey. Tastes great, but can’t recommend sadly.
