Sebago represents authentic products and timeless design. Their original, hand-sewn Docksides boat shoe and Classic Beefroll penny loafer haven’t changed since they first crafted them decades ago. Sebago is a celebration of everything New England…where life in, on or around the waters is a geographical unavoidability. Their shoes are about performance--not just the technical kind, but the way a shoe behaves in its right environment, whether on boats or city streets. Each classic Sebago design is carefully designed to perform at its best.

A nice shoe with a classic look
I bought these loafers to replace a pair of Sebago Cayman loafers that had served me well for many years. It took a while for these to break in, and they are still breaking in to some degree, but in general, I am happy with the shoes. Time will tell if they hold up as well as their predecessor.Update: As of 8/14/2012, these are my favorite shoes. They are comfy and go great with jeans, khakis or dress slacks. They are holding up well and feel great.

Classic styling and accurate fit make these shoes a smart buy. The leather is first quality and the overall workmanship is excellent. They are comfortable and stylish enough to wear for work or a casual ocassion. I would definitely recommend this product.

nice shoe, but width is off
I wear a very hard to find shoe size. 7.5 3E. This size is extremely hard to find as most shoes aren't made in this size. If I find this size in a shoe store, I will buy it guaranteed. What the shoe looks like makes little difference to me because it is the size I am after. After looking for my size in a Sebago loafer in local stores with no luck, I turned to amazon. I wanted the Cayman model in 7.5 3E black, but I went with the cordovan color because it was half the price of the black. The shoe is very nice looking and they come with 2 shoe bags so you can cary these shoes in your luggage and not dirty the inside of your luggage. Now for people who need a 3E width shoe, this shoe isn't for you. I own at least 10 pairs of shoes in the size of 7.5 3E. They all fit me just fine. Some fit a little loose and some a little tight, but they all fit. I own Florsheims, Bass Weejuns and Bostonians amoung others. The 3E width on this Sebago loafer was extremely tight on me. I was barely able to get my foot in the shoe. I know some of you might be thinking why don't I just get an 8.0 3E size. The length of 7.5 is perfect for me on this shoe. An 8.0 size would be too long for me. Sure, the 8.0 would give me more width, but then the shoe would be too long. This was the first pair of Sebagos I have purchased so I don't know if the width is off on just the Cayman model or if this is how all Sebago loafers are.To sum it up, this is a very classic and nice looking shoe, but it's not for people looking for a 3E shoe. I would not recommend this shoe for people with wide feet.

Good Looking Shoe
The Sebago Men's Cayman II is a sturdy good looking loafer. My only criticism is that the shoe is a little larger than true to size. If I were to buy another pair of these shoes, I'd probably buy them in a half size smaller.

About half-a-size larger than indicated
Good shoes, well made, take polish well, you may want to order a half size smaller than you usually wear.

Sebago Men's Cayman II Loafer
I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me. Most shoes manufacturers do not make 11 1/2 size shoes and narrow (B) The leather is not luxurious, but seem strong and look nice.

Poor Quality - Poor Fit
I ordered size 12B and I received a 12E with narrow top rim. Shoe did not fit: too tight on top and too loose at bottom. Shoe is leather lined and squeaked with every step made. There was a noticeable noise when I walked around my office. Quality control is lacking in this product. Does not measure up to the Sebagos I owned before.

Classic look and fit
This kind of shoe is easy to order on-line, because it is a loafer, and if you have worn this shoe once, you know what to expect. A very predictable product.
