For the price, this is a very useful bench tool. It includes a fan, so it’s a bit noisier than other Ruzizao bench supply models. It lacks an earth socket, a row of numbers which indicate the watts being output, and a USB‑A socket, which the non-switched-mode Ruzizao supplies include. However, this design makes it much easier and safer to adjust the current limit and supply voltage. It can also output up to 10 A at 15 V — more than the other models. The adjustment knobs work through the built-in software, so when you turn them, the supply gradually changes to the requested value, rather than immediately altering the output as the older pot-based supplies do. This also features a power switch on the front, which means it can be turned on and off without having to reach around the back of the device. As you can see this PSU (the top one which is displaying 4.5v) is considerably more compact that the other Ruzizao ones (the 2, one of which is powered, which sit below it). I love Ruzizao bench supplies (which is why, as you can see in the photo, I have 3 of them) and I recommend this one highly.

For the price, it’s quite a nice basic variable power supply unit. It gives up to 30V @ 5Amps OR up to 15V ar 10 Amps. A single rotary knob to adjust the output Voltage and another to adjust the current limit setting. The maximum possible output power setting is 150W total. So if you set the current at 10A and then try to increase the Voltage, it will (quite clever software) not go above 15V. It will only allow any combination of current limit and voltage setting that stays at 150 W or less. You soon get used to that. The displays are large clear and just the right brightness. Output Voltage and current meters are quite accurate. You push the setting knob in to change which digit will be adjusted (flashing digit). The V and A settings are memorised when unit is powered off, which is nice. However, sadly there are a couple of points which let it down (hence my 3 stars instead of 5). One minor point is that there is no output on/off switch. So you cannot check your settings without the output also being enabled. So if you are checking the settings before connection to something, you must physically disconnect an output terminal to prevent possible damage from over voltage to external equipment. But sadly complete disaster for me is the cooling fan noise. It is constantly on at full speed the moment you turn on the unit. The fan noise is horrendously loud and unbearable. I could not even hear my TV in the same room, with this PSU operating nearby me! Such a shame as otherwise the unit is very well made and works well. The description states Automatic Fan, which implies to me variable speed or temperature controlled fan. I think that is probably a poor translation, and actually means fixed speed always on fan (so yes it does automatically come on when ever you power the unit on). If I am to use this unit, I will have to modify this fan to make it significantly quieter yet still maintain adequate cooling for high power use. At very light loads, it does not even need a fan running at all. The unit is quite efficient and only draws around 2.5W from the mains when output is completely unloaded. If you are to use this PSU in an already noisy working environment, the fan noise should not be an issue. Such a pity really. Even though this is an entry level PSU, the fan noise is unacceptable IMHO.

I buy a lot of 12V items for my car - lights, horns, etc etc and am also regularly needing to test whether things on my car work properly or not. This has just made the job a whole lot easier. Within minutes I had the unit set up and had tested, two horn units, a twin unit air horn, some trailer lights, and my headlight bulbs. Adjustable voltage and amps and although I will mainly be testing 12V stuff, I am sure that I will find multiple uses to test products with other power requirements. A very useful tool for anyone who does more than the odd bit of DC electrical work.

I found this a bit fiddly to use, but I suppose it was due to a lack of instruction manual! It was supposed to contain one but alas I didn't receive one. I did eventually manage to get it to work after lots of trial and error (and twisting the voltage knob for what seemed like an eternity, not realising I could push it in!!) It works really well, I've been using mine to test various motors etc. I will also admit that I've also deliberately fried a motor or two using it because, why not! Boys will be boys!! Works well and I'll definitely get a lot of use out of it. Although it states the maximum voltage as 30V, I've actually managed to get 31V out of mine (or at least that's what the screen is telling me) so I'm not sure if that's rounded down or if mine is just false reporting. Overall though I'd highly recommend and would likely buy a more powerful model if one became available!

Je suis très satisfait du fonctionnement de cette alimentation stabilisée que j'utilise fréquemment. C'est un équipement fiable et pratique. A cet égard, j'apprécie surtout la précision avec laquelle il est possible de régler voltage et ampérage de sortie. Les indications des afficheurs de l'appareil sont bonnes et les réglages sont bien persistants après les coupures de courant. Pas de mauvaise surprise à cet égard donc. J'apprécie également sa bonne ventilation, gage de longévité de l'équipement, dont le niveau sonore est tout à fait normal à mon avis. Enfin la qualité du matériel lui même est aussi au rendez-vous. Boitier, boutons et cordons électriques sont de bonne qualité. Je recommande franchement ce produit.

Un ottimo alimentatore da banco, dalle dimensioni e prezzo contenuti. L'ho scelto per il rapporto imbattibile tra prezzo/dimensioni. Ha il limite dei 150 watt, ma per le mie esigenze è più che perfetto. N.B: *** Ho eliminato definitivamente il problema della ventola rumorosa sostituendola con una Gelid Silent 5 del costo di poco più di cinque euro e in nemmeno dieci minuti ho risolto il problema. Volendo essere pignoli si potrebbe renderlo ancora più silenzioso spostando la presa di alimentazione di un paio di millimetri e ci starebbe una ventola da 6cm con la possibilità di farla girare più lenta visto il maggior diametro, ma con la Gelid va già bene così.*** Cinque stelle meritate per un ottimo prodotto con un difetto facilmente risolvibile.
