Be patient
I purchased the cooler and plugged it in and turned on but didn’t cool. Contacted customer service via email only thing I could locate. They contacted me right away and had me try several steps. Finally after contacting service repair got it working and was reimbursed for costs. The unit is working good so far and it’s been a month we will see.
