This is actually plastic not glass so was a bit disappointed, but in actual fact it’s very good. It’s light to hold which will be helpful for arthritic wrists and has an excellent light source on the reverse side. Three light options, cool white, warm white or a mixture of both. Due to the size and shape you can hold it to cover the entire page on a paperback book. Definitely a good buy.

Light to hold, useful level of magnification with the strength of inbuilt light an unexpected advantage. The size of the lens offers a good viewing area whether for reading or inspection with even magnification. After a week of daily use I am fully satisfied that it meets my needs. I am 85 and wear various glasses. My cataracts are immature.

A good item fir a good price.

DOES NOT SEEM TO ILLUMINATE THE PACE.

It was ok, but using it to read a book was not very good as the sides were distorted. Disappointed.

Bought for my 90 year old dad to read the paper. It’s perfect. Easy to hold, large screen and lights up well.
