I’m currently breastfeeding and looking for natural ways to boost production, so I figured I’d give it a try. I also feel good knowing it’s from Whole Foods, so I trust the sourcing. That said, I haven’t noticed a big difference in my milk supply yet. Not for me. Gave me a headache. I tossed out the jar. Not impressed. Hope it works better for you than it did for me. On the plus side the jar arrived in good condition. Shipping was fast.
