This genny is solidly built and even in this condition only has minor cogging and would normally be easily turned by hand. Good job guys! Update: The return was quick and effortless. Replacement in fine shape. Thanks again guys!

Voltage with Low rpm
Love this product. Generates 12 volts at only about 20 rpm. Perfect for a water wheel.
