I’ve been using these ihuan workout gloves for weight training and they’ve been great so far. The padding protects my palms without feeling bulky, and the ventilation helps keep my hands from getting too sweaty. The wrist wrap support is a big plus, especially for heavier lifts—it feels secure and adjustable without cutting off circulation. They fit well, are easy to take on and off, and seem pretty durable after regular use. Overall, a solid pair of gym gloves if you want better grip and extra wrist support for lifting.

Works very well. Comfortable with just the right amount of padding. I was having some wrist pain with curls and boom. Problem solved! You can adjust the amount of support you get by adjusting the tightness. The Velcro is good quality so it is standing up to time thus far. Great value!

My hand measured just slightly under 25 and after reading reviews, I opted for going for the medium since 25 is the max side of the small and reviews said they run small. I feel like they're slightly baggy on my hands which I don't really mind however, I'm glad I didn't go for the small because the part between my fingers is a little tight and rubs the webbing between my fingers a little. Maybe that will work itself out as they get broken in though as they're a little stiff right now. They're a bit thinner on the palm than I expected and the padding is also a little thinner than I expected. It's not an issue, just a little different than I expected. I don't need a ton of padding, I just need a barrier between my hands and the bar during dead hangs and leg lifts more than anything. I did have to losen and move my watch up my arm but I kind of assumed that would be the case when I opted for gloves with a wrist wrap. The wrap is thick and good quality. It seems VERY sturdy and I expect they will have the support I need to help keep me from reinjuring my wrist. I was a little surprised to see that the velcro patch wasnt bigger. I have very small wrists and I am still toward the edge of the patch so anyone with big wrists may not confortably be able to wear the wrist straps. The color is bright and vibrant and I'm glad I went with "green" (although I'd call it more of a blue which I could tell from the pictures so it's okay 😆). The top is a thicker mesh type of material id assume to support breathability and I'm curious to see if it helps. My hands sweat a lot so I am a little nervous to see how they breathe. Update after using in workouts: I can't wear these for just generally working out. For whatever reason, they cut off my circulation to my hands (especially when lifting dumbells) and it's not the wrist straps because theyre comfortable and not too tight. I can't really figure out what is cutting it off but by the time I do a set of 10 with dumbells, my hands are tingling and when I put them down, I feel all the blood rushing back into my hands. I do, however, put them on for dead hangs and I added 10 seconds to my hang so far so they work for what I got them for. The palm padding is still a little thin. I wish they were a smidge thicker. They still rub the webbing between my fingers which I'm not thrilled with but it's not as bad as it was initially so they may still loosen up some. The breathability is fine, which I was worried about. They are really easy for me to remove but as previously mentioned, they're a little big on my hands so that may not be the case if yours are tighter. I still love the wrist wrap. It's very stiff and sturdy and really supports my wrists well.

So, like most people who have been working out for a while, you go through lifting gloves quite regularly. In the past I have cheaped out and bought $9.99 type gloves either at physical stores or online (most people know exactly whet I mean). These normally shred after a few months, and after more time, eventually become unusable. I decided to look at some reviews online at Amazon, and these came highly rated so I figured, "what the heck" and decided to try these. Boy I am glad that I did. First off, the materials these are made of are better quality than the cheaper styles (see pictures). I have small hands, so the gel like material on the palms is padded and fantastic feeling. It gives you a superior grip and the thickness also feels good when using heavy barbells and dumbells. They run a bit small, although once I broke them in, they felt better (I am a Medium size). The wrist wrap itself is great, as it is made out of a semi-stiff material that really locks down your wrists in place if you want that. They are a little difficult to take on and off, but that is not a bad thing. I feel like I can go into battle wearing these! I am guessing that these cost about 1/2 the price of the super "high end" gloves so I am very satisfied with the $ I spent on these. Give them a try the next time you need a set of gloves, they are worth the little extra money.

They fit as desired and are very comfortable. It is nice to have the gloves and the wrist wraps all in one. The padding is much better than I thought and they are easy to put on and take off. I like the fact that you can adjust them quickly also. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Excellent gloves, fit true to size. Nice padding and also a velcro strap that wraps around the wrist. Makes lifting a lot more pleasant!

Great gloves, and the Medium size fits my narrow hands perfectly, which I find sometimes hard to do! The fingers on each glove go right up to the first joint in my hands, which cycling gloves do not, making them waaaay better for the weights without feeling the sharp metal knurling of the dumbbells, like I could with cycling gloves! Stitching is great, liberal length for the wrist strap with excellent durable Velcro which can be hard to find! Now that I know these fit me properly, I’ll soon be buying another pair for hard-core mountain biking! They’ll be great for spring, fall and winter as I ride all year round here in the Sunny Okanagan! So I won’t be cold!
