When I bought "new" I'd expect a new copy, not an old copy with the spine detached.
Not only is this a damaged copy, but it's also verifiably an old copy due to the fact it doesn't have the Shonen Jump Advanced logo, but the old Shonen Jump. Instead of "Viz Media" it's just Viz.
