Fantastic headphones for call center like environments.The headphone ear muffs were way softer and plushy than expected and felt very light and comfortable. The microphone is phenomenal. Don't have to raise your voice much and you can hear yourself on the other side of the call pretty well.Sound quality is decent. Wouldn't watch a movie with these obviously but these are ideal for calling/meeting environments.A little bit of sound leak with ringer sounds but you can rsinply reduce the volume of the ringtone if that's an issue . No sound leak with calls, only with abrasive sound tones such as ringtones etc.Fair price compared to competitors. If you want great professional headphones but don't want to pay a ridiculous 300$+ , buy these. Can't find anything wrong with them yet.The noise cancelling is phenomenal. Had my TV at 46 in the same room with speakers blastig and it did not pick up on the sound at all yet I could clearly hear my voice. Did it with my phone on YouTube videos on max volume right next to me on the table as I would record myself talk with it. It works.Keeping these - will adjust my review over time if necessary

Works really well. I was on teams and my baby was crying almost directly into the mic and nobody heard it. I asked my co workers did they hear anything and they said no. Even testing on the computer the mic noise cancelling is excellent. I had my older kid make background noise and no noise was picked up. Definitely worth the extra money, without breaking the bank.

Comfortable, well-made, and dependable. I use mostly for Microsoft Teams. Noise cancelling is great.

I bought these for Zoom and they work ok. But I had too turn the volume way up to hear what was coming through the speakers. I also have headphones for just listening to my smartphone and the headphones work much better and the volume is much lower. I usually listen to my headphones using a simple cable and that works the best. But if my charge gets low I have another cable that lets me charge while listening to my headphones which doesn't work as well (have to turn the volume up a bit) but is still good. But having to power both a mic and the headphones like in this product seem to stretch it to the limit. But my headphones didn't work on Zoom so I bought this headset that does. So get a product like this if you need a mic but for times when you are only listening just use headphones and keep it simple.

Working remotely, and good headset is critical. My last Logitech lasted 2 years - I loved it but the wires began fraying and many others reported similar issues, so I tried this one.I love how lightweight and small it is - it's less noticeable when you're on camera, among other things. And I appreciate that it has both types of plugs, so I can easily switch between devices. I also like the absence of a remote on the wire - the last one would bump against my desk and mute me or disconnect me from meetings.However, since it's so lightweight, it's hard to keep positioned on my ears - they seem to try to make up for that for having it be a tighter fit. Also, the mic is angled very close to my mouth. Finally, the sound is not as loud or clear as my old headset - it's a bit tinny. I like it, but I don't I'm know if I like it enough to keep it -debating whether to return and buy another Logitech.

These headsets are amazing, whether there is loud lawn mowing or babies crying in the background during meetings, these headphones block out all background noise. Very comfortable and audio is clear.

Arrived damaged. Couldn't get a replacement. Makes an irritating sound whenever a gust of air from a fan blows pass me while I wear it so I have to try to keep my fan from blowing directly at me. It noise cancels too much. I have to keep the mic directly at my mouth in order for it to work. It blocks out everything even me if I'm not speaking directly into the mic. Love the auto mute feature when I slide the mic up. The software is easy to install.

I have been using this for work for about 6 months. Very comfortable and the sound canceling tech for the microphone works well. Almost too well. If you don’t have the mic right in front of your mouth people will tell you they can barely hear you, but otherwise it’s great. Only quirk worth mentioning is the answer button on the side. Be careful picking the headset up when someone calls if you don’t think you want to answer the call. It’s easy to press inadvertently and next thing you know you’re taking to someone you would have rather sent to voicemail. Overall great reliable product.
