Great tool you 100% need.
Great tool to keep an eye on the chain wear. The design of this item allows you to constantly monitor the wear of your chain rather than some of the more expensive ones that just let you know when it’s warn out. Small enough to take with you if you really need to and takes up no room in the tool box. Cheaper than most brands and easier to use.

Tested on a new chain and one with wear, accurately measures and helps you know when to change the chain.

Do not buy if you have a SRAM AXS Flat top chain.
Despite the description saying that this is compatible with 12 speed chain, this turned out to be useless for my 12 Speed SRAM flat top chain. If you have a flat top chain you will want to buy Parktools’ CC-4 that is compatible with flat top chains. Besides the incompatibility for my use case, the product itself seems quite nice and solid feeling, and I would recommend to users with Shimano chains.

It's simply a thin flat piece of steel that you slot into your chain, one end of the device is shaped to enable easy insertion into your chain whilst the other end provides a wear measurement as you bring the end into your chain. I was very quickly able to determine by inserting the device that my chain was worn to the bejesus and (a measurement of 1.0 or over) requires immediate replacement.

Había probado otra del Ali y media lo mismo en 0,50 que en 1, esta la medición es fiable en comparación con un calibre micrómetrico de taller. Es caro para ser un trozo de chapa, pero es que si lo compras más barato no vale de nada
