Getting mac & cheese when you are GF and low carb is now possible!! You can add in bacon bits, hanger & or green chilies! So flexible!! It so nice to enjoy Mac & Cheese again thanks to Kaisen!!!

SERIOUSLY nasty. I've tried making mac and cheese with any number of low carb noodles (I'm diabetic) -- everything from using immi noodles (which are intended for ramen), to multiple brands of shirataki, to mung bean and soy ... and these are hands down the worst. The cheese packet is pretty good, but the noodles... followed instructions and they came out both mushy and grainy simultaneously. But if I could buy their cheese packets independent of the noodles, I'd buy that.

I made this for lunch and the protein really kept me full. The texture was smooth and the flavor was rich. It has become a quick go to meal for me.

To be honest, I wasn’t very happy with this. I love the concept—high protein, low carb, keto-friendly—but the texture of the pasta just didn’t work for me. I followed the cooking directions exactly, and the noodles still had an unpleasant mouthfeel that I couldn’t get past. The flavor also wasn’t great to me. I’m all for healthier options, but healthy food doesn’t have to taste like the box it came in. I really wanted to like this, but it just wasn’t for me.

So pleasantly surprised!!! With low carb you wonder what you'll get...but this was a bonus buy!!!! The noodles were el dante when done, perfect. The cheese sauce was great tasting (add sour cream and it'll be fantastic) You may find that you'll want to add a little more milk as the cheese gets sticky a little dry as it sits if you like it creamy. I love mac & cheese so when we went low carb I was so upset. Not any more!!!! These are as easy as making normal mac & cheese. My husband and I made 2 boxes at a time and we had some left over for later. They need to package it in a set of 4 because most families will need that to feed all of them. It's a bit pricey but let me tell you...this will be a staple in my house from now on!!!! Very good!!!! Sooooo happy!!!

I didn't really like the flavor on these compared to other Keto options available. Just a personal preference though.

I eat a plant based diet, but this pasta absolutely destroys my gut. The most amount of gas I’ve ever had in my life. I definitely don’t recommend this if you live with anyone because you will gas up the whole house. The taste and texture is fine and it’s very filling, but the aftermath isn’t worth it. The company says that to avoid this, you need to reduce serving size, but then it’s not a full meal. Who eats just a small handful of cooked Mac n cheese and feels full? But seriously, 24 hours of nonstop farting and bloat is not worth it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Love how quick and easy this is! You get 2 and 1/2 serving per box but if you are serving this as a side you could stretch it and get 3 servings out it and not feel like you are still hungry. Great price as this is a gluten free very low carb food. Love the whole ingredients that I can feel good about eating. The high protein is great too! The pasta doesn’t fall apart and it looks like regular Mac and cheese. My 4 year old grandson loves it and asks for it every time he’s at my house.
