Great for sensitive skin or to make your own lotions using this as a base. I like to add in a bit of ointment for sores or mix in aloe. Essential oils can be added if you like a fragrant. It isn’t oily and absorbs into the skin very well. I use it on my face at night and it makes my skin feel refreshed especially on these dry winter nights. Great value. I will continue buying it every time I run low

I have very very dry skin, and will start to flake all over my body just a few days after showering, no matter what lotion I use, even applying daily. It's been a huge problem and source of embarrassment for my entire adult life. After trying a dozen lotions, all kinds of oils and creams, even prescription level stuff, I finally found this stuff and it's the only thing that's ever worked for me! It's like a new layer of skin on top of mine. I apply it all over after showering and have normal looking skin for up to a week after. No flaking, no dryness, just normal skin. It is a bit greasy after I first apply, but that's to be expected and it's not excessive at all. I do then scrub it off in the shower before reapplying, but that might be something that's unique to my skin that's using this as basically a full barrier layer. Truly a miracle product for me, and thankfully not too expensive either. One bottle last me at least a month. Highly highly recommend.

Works pretty good. I think if you put it on on a regular basis it would work really well. I bought it for my heels as they’re pretty dry during the winter. Like I said it works pretty good

I would have left a 5 star review except for the fact that when I received my second bottle the lid was not screwed on and the lotion had leaked all of the bag it was it was in. Therefore I did not receive a full bottle.

The best you can buy for skin care, used it for many years

I’ve been using Dermal Therapy for about 4 months, and on my second bottle. My 75 year old skin loves this body lotion. I have very dry itchy skin, especially on my shins, as well as eczema flare ups. This lotion has been so helpful to sooth and smooth my skin, the scaly redness has cleared up. I haven’t used my prescription hydrocortisone cream for months. There is no noticeable scent, the consistency is creamy yet light, easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I also use the 25% urea lotion on my feet, and it’s been effective in softening my calluses.

Wow! I didn’t expect to be so blown away by this body lotion! I bought this as a replacement for the much-loved lotion I used before but am unwilling to repurchase since it’s made in the US. This far exceeded my expectations and the effectiveness of my prior skin lotion! Exceptional product. It truly does make your skin feel like silk, probably partly because silk is an ingredient but also because it exfoliates rough skin with AHAs (alpha hydroxy acids). I do wish the bottle was larger. I think I will go through this lotion rather quickly. Leaves the hands feeling protected and like there’s a silky “glove” on your hands. Not at all a greasy feel, just really smooth. Would give it 10 stars if I could. So glad this is made in Canada. It’s now my go-to and I imagine will stay that way for a very long time.

I have been using it for a week now and my skin absolutely loves it. It s hydrating and moisturizing. I have also noticed a reduction in the KP on the back of the thighs. Completly cleared on arms. Will continue to use. As for the smell. It s SCENT- FREE and NON GREASY.

My favorite moisturizer. It's a fairly large container at a good price considering the ingredients. I've been using it consistently for around 1 year and can definitely see a big difference in my skin. My skin was severely dry, with rough and bumpy areas (like KP). This product absorbs well and keeps the skin moisturized for a long time, much better than anything else I have tried. The urea usage over time has actually improved the skin's ability to retain moisture and it just feels smoother and healthier overall. It's also fragrance free. I have replaced my more expensive face lotion with it as well and it does a better job of hydrating with no breakouts or irritation and seems to have improved skin texture. This also has AHA which is a typically pricey exfoliant. The exfoliant/moisturizing combo is fantastic. The only con I suppose is that it has a very slight "medical" smell, but this can easily be masked with some perfume.
