Having the pleasure of eating there in person and having one of the most memorable steaks I can recall (in the best way you can imagine) it feels weird to me to not absolutely love this seasoning. It’s second ingredient is cane sugar. I should have known better. It’s a bit sweet for my taste. If there was a low sugar version it would be one I really like. I don’t remember the sweetness when dining in…But that was many beers ago.
