I really don’t know iv only brought this one, but I’m very impressed with it ( black cap)

Can this be used to glue wigs down?

Yes it can.. As long as it's sprayed on clean oil free skin (in front of hairline) it offers a short term hold, spray lightly to avoid a white residue or drips... hope that helps

How easy is this to wash out?

Very easy and I also use Got2b glued wax.
