We made chocolate covered pecans with these. The chocolate is a perfect blend of flavors with the pecans. The chips melt well in a double broiler and continues to a good consistency during the dipping process for the pecan halves. The chocolate has an amazing flavor. In fact, my wife enjoys eating the chips straight out of the candy dish.

I believe this is the same as the red bag dark chocolate wafers. I used to buy them in a big red bag at Sam's C but now can only find 10 oz bags at the grocery store. This bag has same exact nutrition and ingredients as the red bag I'm used to buying and turned well for my Christmas chocolate dipping needs. Still trying to find a cheaper option but at least this bigger bag dies save money over the small red bags of dark wafers. Tastes good too

I have literally never made anything chocolate coated but this was so easy and tasty. I personally used a double boiler, melted quickly with some constant stirring to make sure it didn't over heat. I've made custom chocolate bars and chocolate cover pretzels. People go crazy for these parties or gifts - I also drizzle some white chocolate on them with a good quality sprinkle. Thank me later.

The quality is very good. Easy to use and coated well. I gave it a four because I was expecting the dark chocolate to be darker. I’m used to 70-80% dark chocolate and this was closer to milk.

Bought these to make christmas treats. They melted so easily in my double boiler and covered the cookies evenly. The taste was phenomenal. I wish I had learned about them 20 years ago so my treats were easier to make. Highly recommend!

I use these to make my homemade peanut butter cups, and they come out perfect everytime with just a minute in the microwave
