The charging port is terrible and very ill placed. Charger doesn’t fit well and bot doesn’t charge. Complete waste of my money as I had bought this in advance as a gift and by the time we came to know of the issue the return window had closed.

Mirana Moonwalker is an excellent product for kids. It has a very pretty colour and fabulous sound quality. It features a very cool movement and is easy to assemble. Overall a worthwhile product.

The robot responds well to commands, moves smoothly, and offers interactive features that keep kids entertained while also sparking curiosity and creativity. It’s a great blend of fun and learning, encouraging imaginative play and basic tech interaction without being complicated or overwhelming for kids. The robot itself performs exceptionally well. From a product standpoint, it’s one of the best AI robots available for kids in this category. That said, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, and the only reason for the deduction is the mobile app experience. Unfortunately, the app is not very user-friendly and feels poorly optimized. It can be laggy, unintuitive, and occasionally frustrating to use. While the robot works great on its own, the app could definitely use improvements in stability, design, and ease of navigation. very funny robot, totally working , its voice is also very clear , my son talk to him continously , proper working remote and robot , quality is also very nice, we are very satisfied with this product🥰

The robot is good. My kid enjoyed well. Controller, App connection all worked fine. Basically it have a Bluetooth speaker, so the AI gimmicks are on Mirana app and it’s feature do answers to our questions and we hear through robot and it also have mic to listen to our questions and forward to mobile. The problem is, first day itself, one leg became loose and starts falling out of balance. I tried a replacement, but replacement duration is too long and kid loose patience. So I opened and fixed. Next day, one leg motor stopped working. Again opened and found the wire solder came out and fixed it again. So basically if you can fix, then buy.

I received a defective unit the first time and requested a replacement. The replacement initially worked, but even then not all functions were operating properly (forward, back, left, and right were inconsistent). It would also glitch occasionally. Since my child was enjoying it, we decided to keep using it despite these issues. Today, the product started behaving erratically, it began moving on its own, and the leg roller kept running continuously, with no response from the remote control. The only way to stop it was to turn the device off completely. Unfortunately, this happened just one day after the return window closed, leaving us with a completely unusable product. In hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to earlier reviews, as several customers have already reported the same issue. Amazon, please review this listing and take appropriate action to prevent other customers from facing the same problem.

Product is Ok but charging is taking too much time an discharging is very fast. The worst thing is the quality of remote is not up to the mark. Will give it 3 out of 10 for quality and 5 out of 10 for different functions.
