I've recently had a new loft ladder installed, with a very large opening. I've got one of these handles either side of the opening and they are a godsend.

Arrived quickly. I thought it was meant to be silver, as advertised, but it was black! No matter we will keep it!

Supposed to arrive Saturday, Waited in all day only to find after 8pm a note that this would be delayed. Eventually arrived Tuesday. Dismal service by carrier.With regard to the rail, strong, sturdy and easy to fit. makes entering my loft a pleasure,

this was delivered promptly, easy to install did it my self (66yrs) and makes me feel secure when going up into and down from my loft good buy and very glad i purchased. recommended.
