AWESOME LIKE NEW COMPUTER!
I hate that some people are having issues with these little computers but the one I received seems perfect. I've thoroughly inspected it and I've used it for several hours. It looks and works like new. I feel there is a distinct advantage to buying refurbished electronics like this. Someone bought it new and had problems with it so they returned it. The issues were resolved and it was sold to me. I now have a like new computer with all the problems worked out before I bought it at a great price. All my programs and apps loaded without any problems. Some seem to be receiving these computers without a power supply. Mine had one that was also in new condition. Would I like for the battery to last longer? Sure I would, but it lasts for several hours which is an acceptable amount of time and it recharges quickly. The screen is clear and sharp and the colors are excellent. The keyboard is also excellent with no "sticky keys." I bought this computer with a 256 gig hard drive so it has a lot of space left after loading my programs and apps, and the 4 gigs of RAM makes the computer fast enough for my needs. I have not noticed any lag time. The fact that it came with the latest version of Windows preinstalled was a strong selling point for me. I love that it folds up to work much like a tablet if I want. It’s a bit heavier than I expected but that is not a deal breaker for me. In summation, I couldn't be happier with this computer. I highly recommend the refurbished Dell Latitude 3190 HD 2-in-1 for anyone who is looking for a computer that is small but still powerful and easy to use. For the price, it is a true bargain. I would definitely buy it again, and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Good dell
Works good but my w key and k key are not functional i purchased this laptop said like new. They were willing to exchange it for me but I had already downloaded a 1x program on it I didn't want to loose the money I paid for it. So they did give me a $30.00 discount to apply on getting it fixed. The laptop works great minus the keys & it's in pretty good condition. Obviously not like new with the keys messed up. But I did keep it. I will get it fixed soon . I needed this laptop for school so I hope it lasts till I'm done school. Shipping was fast. Customer service took 1 week to get an answer about the damage keys. But eventually they applied the discount.

Not perfect, but excellent for throwing it in my bag and having a laptop with me on the go!
Overall, this renewed Dell Latitude 3190 turned out to be a great buy for what I needed—a lightweight, reliable backpack laptop for school and everyday tasks. It’s definitely not in perfect condition, which is expected with a renewed device, but the minor cosmetic wear doesn’t affect performance at all. The laptop runs smoothly for notes, browsing, assignments, and streaming. The 2-in-1 touchscreen feature is surprisingly handy, and the small 11.6" size makes it super easy to carry around without adding weight to my bag. Battery life has been solid, and it’s tougher than it looks—perfect for on-the-go use. If you’re expecting something that looks brand new, you might be surprised by a few scuffs or signs of wear. But if you’re looking for an affordable, dependable machine that gets the job done, especially for travel or school, this one is a great value. Happy with it overall.

You can’t go wrong!
The computer itself is great. Not a mark on it! The battery seems to last a long time and charges back up quickly. (2-4 hours) Wi-fi was a breeze and I love the slightly smaller size compared to larger and heavier laptops. You can’t go wrong buying this at this price! Now, all that being said - setup was NOT the piece of cake I was hoping for and it took me down rabbit holes I wish I had never gone down! The first question it asks you is do you want to start from scratch on this computer? Or do you want your laptop to be familiar like your others? We’ll just sync it up to the cloud and boom you’re done. I vacillated. I chose to go cloud. Yeah no. Spent the next 2 days trying to undo and opt out of iCloud. Should have been simple enough. It was not. The ultimate outcome was my HP got ruined in the process with a Critical Error - start menu won’t work. No files on my computer and Microsoft will not support windows 10 anymore so I can’t get a fix. Tried internet fixes to no avail, so now that sits broken in my closet. Bottom line. This is a great computer. Buy it if you get the chance, but put some serious thought as to whether you want to sync it to the cloud or start fresh! I wish I had started fresh!

100% over joyed with the price & quality
I've only had it 3 days, which still leaves a window left open for my review to change, but i live it so much i had to give it 5 stars and a HUGE shout out to anyone like me who needs a new, inexpensive, up to date and powerful laptop. This Amazon restored, not refurb, but restored Dell Latitude with full new install of Win 11 Pro, for $139 and it has touch screen with full flip cover, was my dream come true. It looks brand new and runs like a dream... 3 days old, but it's so silent and clean in it's speed and performance, that i just can't get over the price i paid. It was even packaged like it was brand new.

Great little arcade and older school gaming laptop! Plays Fallout New Vegas!!
Ok so this is definitely not a gaming laptop but over the last month and a half I really have become attached to it. I use it with my audio interface to record my guitar and I’ve been heavily playing Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas with mods, Cuphead, Hollowknight, and my favorite Vampire Survivors. I haven’t had any issues and this is my first PC in like 12 years. This is definitely the push I needed to want to PC game, I’ve been on consoles since the NES. Happy with my purchase, I love my laptop Xbox 360/One kinda equivalent.

Issue with the refurb being described as "excellent"...
Now let's get to the condition. In the ad this was described as "refurbished excellent". Well, cosmetically it turned out to be pretty good... no significant scratches, scuffs or dings (but not totally free of them). I would have given it a good to very good score. But after getting it all set up with files and apps installed I noticed that the "G" and "V" key operations were flaky... then found the keyboard bezel was broken (cracked) in three places... making it somewhat annoying when writing (which I do a lot of). Now keyboards for this are inexpensive, and replacement is pretty straight forward (for the DIY types) so that's what I'm going to do... however, I could do without the extra drama... Buyer beware and YMMV.

Very pleased
Received laptop fairly quick and I love it. I'm not a tech savy person,so I'm not going to speak to all that, but let me say, this is the perfect size for someone who is planning on traveling overseas to use. It power on fairly quickly with set up completed within mins. I'm still playing with it. The laptop looking new, no scratches at all. It's touch screen so that's a plus. I'm traveling overseas for 8 months next year and I needed a small laptop to use for email and shopping instead of ipad or phone,so I highly recommend this cheap and efficient laptop for small users like me. This was only $135.77 with tax.
