Don't waste your money, did literally nothing. It's obviously not the actual drug so it's not doing anything. I noticed no change what so ever after patiently taking the entire bottle following the directions and being in a calorie deficit along with exercise. Seriously, don't waste your money.

I only bought 1 bottle and I noticed a change in the first week of taking it. I was eating less, had no sugar cravings whatsoever so ever when I was on my period which is when I eat the most…I lost around 7lb in almost a mouth. I did stop take it because I would forget but I still feel like it works even though I stopped taking it but I will start up again. I had a lot of energy as well. Makes you feel good about yourself. I had a lot of people at work and my costumers at work tell me I have lost weight. Which makes you feel good. I didn’t not exercise other than I walk around 10,000 steps a day. I didn’t know make healthy meals all the time. But I did drink a lot of water. One thing you will need to do it take fiber to help balance the fact you aren’t eating as much. If not your stomach will become upset and constipated. I took the fiber gummy’s and take vitamins for your hair, skin and nails. I had someone at work to tell me to take them because of the lack of nutrition because you aren’t eating a lot your body will lost your hair. Now due to me having thyroid cancer and with no thyroid I really take them because I have lost or much hair and it doesn’t grow back as much. And this is another reason why I bought these because of not having a thyroid it’s hard to lose weight. Please do your homework if you’re concerned about it. Or talk to your doctor. I know health insurance doesn’t cover weight loss treatments.

I purchased this as I have put a lot of weight on in menopause despite working out six times a week and eating healthy 90% of the time. Diet and exercise that had worked for me in the past produces no results for me whatsoever in menopause. It’s so very frustrating and shows the power of hormonal imbalance. Anyway, I thought maybe this would provide me some assistance in actually seeing some positive feedback from my efforts. I have not noticed anything different whatsoever. I like that it’s natural and there are no side effects, but it has not been at all effective for me personally.

I don’t have time to write many reviews. But I have to say this is a great product. It’s kind of those last 5 pounds product. I take two a half an hour before I have my dinner. I don’t eat as much. I’m not as hungry but more importantly I don’t crave food all night long if I’m watching TV. That’s what gets you. I have more going on than I can mention here, I seem to have more energy. Because of dealing with family issues from every direction, I can’t tell whether it helps with anxiety, but I don’t think it claims that it does. I’ve been very disciplined, and lost 5 pounds in the last three weeks. It feels much better. I went ahead and ordered another bottle to make sure I don’t run out. If there’s something bad in the product, I have not spotted it. I have become an avid label reader because of the garbage they’re putting in our foods and a lot of vitamins. Plus I have one person in the family that’s allergic to apples and ironically, they’re in a lot of products. I have another that doesn’t eat any dairy. I have another that won’t eat any meat. 🤦‍♀️…… labels, labels labels. If anyone sees something negative in this label, please let me know.!

I did a lot of research before deciding on these. Having never taken GLP-1 I had low expectations but I followed the pill before meals twice a day. Two months in I've noticed a decrease in appetite which I was hoping for. And combined with my fitness routine I have noticed a drop of 8-10lbs which is almost my goal weight of 180. Previous to taking these pills I was having no luck with cravings and loss of any weight. So this product has been a breakthrough. The results are subtle. But when combined with exercise and good eating habits I can say it's been very beneficial.
