I have a brain injury from an industrial chemical poisoning accident; not the Joker kind, the kind that makes me have daily vertigo forever. I can’t live without this stuff, literally. It’s cheaper than the prescription meclazine HCL (which is the same thing) and this is a great value. It absolutely, undeniably works. If it didn’t, I’d be first to know. I like that the pills are small, since I have to take three a day at once. I will say one thing: MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE DATE. My last purchase expired before I got through them all and while I KNOW that pills can last beyond their expiry date, these definitely didn’t. I started getting “the swirls” for a week. I thought maybe I was finally getting used to them or something but I reordered and the freshies worked like a charm, instantly back to not having vertigo. So, God bless this brand.

Buying this amount may seem strange at first but the price is worth it. I did the math on buying the drugstore brand for this amount of medicine and it was 6 times as much. I already used this often I often wanted to break them in half so it was perfect to get the smaller doses. This definitely works for me for motion sickness and it doesn't put me to sleep like Dramamine. My family of seven took a long vacation on bumpy mountain roads in Costa Rica and this really came in handy. I occasionally take one at night since it is also an antihistamine and seems to help with sinus headaches.

I am so happy to be able to get meclizine in this size! I take it every day and night for vertigo and it truly helps me stay upright. I'm paying closer attention now because, since I've been using from this bottle, I have had a couple of dizzy spells. I don't know if it is as strong as what I bought at a different store or my needs have increased. Whichever it is, I will continue buying this because it is the same company and I can increase my dosage if necessary. At least it's available!

Now, I am not just picking at this brand. Most brands have the ingredient sucrose. I am concerned about this. Overall I truly like this product. I am not sure what I would do without it. There is another little thing that I take note of. They are all not the same size or thickness. Of course, I will buy it again.
