This product absorbs in my system fast . I tried so many sleep aids that was OTC and they didn't work so well like this bronson brand magnesium glycinate . I slept so well all through the night with no drowsy feeling and I slept longer too . I didn't keep waking up all through the night. it gave me a lot more energy because I felt so rested. They're easy to swallow. The biggest help of all it helps with my pmdd it's like PMS but worse but it helps with the painful water retention ,bloating,and inflammation. Good source of magnesium and easy on the stomach. I take them because it's natural aid for keeping things moving along.

This is my favorite brand of vitamins. The quality is always top notch. This supplement is the only one that has helped decrease my leg cramps at night. The capsules are not too big either so they are easy to swallow.

I thought this item was just ok, it says that it is easy on the stomach but I did not totally find that to be the case for me. I took these at night time before bed, I did feel like I got a decent night sleep though.
