Use it almost every day
We got this to use on our wood stove we use to heat our house 24/7 during cold weather. This fits on top and we use it to make dehydrated foods without electricity. You have to space it up off the stove so it doesn't get to hot and open the lid to let the air flow through. It take about 6 to 8 hours at 160 degrees to dehydrate beef strips. Chicken strips are a little harder and longer. These make great dog treats for our German shepherd's family. Also heat up toast place bread on rack get them hot and dried out some, place real butter on top let melt down for a few minutes. Nice all without electricity. We update and bought there middle stove and water tank. This is a must have for a grid down situation. Or better for the current situation in our worldwide economy. This can cook food heat food and you can fold it up into a little square thin package. We are using this on three different wood stoves. And when we get into the heat of summer we will move the show outdoors and keep the heat out of the house. This is a well built item and will last forever. If you got the stove or any stove it will work. I haven't tried our Coleman propane stove yet but I'm sure it will work on that as well. The bottom is open with stainless steel screen protection to let any heat in it. So and heat sources should work. Temperatures can be a little tricky to keep but once you play around it easy. I keep the lid open on one side to let air flow and it heats up faster. Then adjust temperatures buy closing the lid to get the right temperature. We also us it to keep food warm after its cooked. I remove the lid and one rack to place jars inside to sanitize them and dry them out about 15 minutes on our stove get the 1/2 gallon jar very hot. The possibility are endless. Just don't think food only. We preheat our breakfast plates inside so our breakfast doesn't cool off before everything is ready. Very useful for full time wood burners.

Big improvement over my old one
I use this oven on top of my Jotul woodstove, and it's a big improvement over my old Coleman camp stove. Heats twice as hot (gets to 350 degrees) because it's tight and has a mesh bottom. Sturdy and easy to assemble. I can bake items that aren't too fussy (like cornbread), warm up dishes, roast squash, potatoes, and other veggies. Love this thing.

Great oven - with the correct heat source.
This oven is great! Before your first camping trip with this oven, experiment to find the best baking technique. We use a Blackstone Tailgater as the heat source. Don’t let a bad review influence you when they don’t reveal their heat source. Bottom line. You must figure out a compatible heat source that works with this oven. Once you do, this thing works great! We learned the flame cannot shoot directly into the oven and placing a stone tile on the bottom to block the flame (as a reviewer suggested) don’t work as both methods burn the bottom of muffins. The best was placing on top of the BBQ grill. With careful temp monitoring, it baked perfectly. A potential downside is droppings from prior barbecuing may add flavor to your food. We didn’t notice any unacceptable added flavor - yet. Potentially, it could add a nice camping flavor.

Great oven... but temp gauge isn't accurate
First time attempting to use it... was concerned because temp never got above 250 and rarely hit that, even when the Pipe Oven was rocking to 400 degrees. Didn't use it then. Second time. Use regular oven gauge to see if it was the gauge that was off... and it was about 100 degrees. So cooked rice and it turned out PERFECT.. just cooked it a bit longer. Tried baking zucchini bread in folding oven as well as the pipe oven. Folding oven probably would have gotten it cooked... but decided to rotate pans around because pipe oven was cooking the bottom pan FAST... in 15 mins it was browning the sides too much, but bread was rising nicely. Top pan was coming along like normal. All turned out... just two pans were bit much burned on bottom... only because I put it in the pipe oven bottom shelf. Will use different gauge to see if the heat is too hot in the pipe oven. Over all LOVE THE OVENS and STOVE!! Haven't used the water tank yet. Highly recommend Winnerwell... they shipped a new glass QUICKLY after shipment arrive with broken glass in stove.

It's absolutely amazing!
I've had this in my cart for 2 years now, I decided now was the time! I just received it, and as I will not be camping for a couple months, I decided to set it up over my gas burner on my stove. I set it to medium heat, and the wire mesh below seems fine even though the flame sits directly on the mesh, as opposed to the oven sitting on one of those wood burning oven type setups. The stove sets up very easily, and I was able to fit a 10" x 10.4" pizza stone inside of it! The oven took about 30 minutes to heat up to 415 as I did not want to "blaze" the heat too high and risk messing up the wire mesh, although I am sure there is a way to change out this wire mesh if it ever does become stressed or torn. The pizza I cooked literally cooked in like 7 minutes on that pizza stone, and I can't wait to bake some bread and make brownies all in preparation to do the same thing up at the Continental Divide (I live in Denver, Colorado) but making brownies for me and some friends while at 13,000 foot elevation :D

Quality little oven
Will be using for camping. Cant wait for nice weather to try it out. They should sell a carry bag for storage. I bought a craftsman tool tote large one. Oven fits perfect plus room for lanterns matches etc. yup I am happy. Folds up very nice.

Perfect option!
Really wanted an easy way to make cinnamon rolls while camping and this thing is it! I chose the fast fold for 2 reasons the first ease of temp control (was worried the pipe oven would get too hot) and second stability, this think fits in the winnerwell large stove bag side pocket. Really enjoyed using it while camping.

Great little camp oven.
Very happy with mine. Use it on an old Coleman 413 stove. Easy to set up and well made. You do have to pay attention to the temp and vary the heat accordingly but it is worth the effort. I have baked rolls and chocolate chip cookies in mine so far. Both turned out well. Nothing beats fresh baked cookies in camp.
