Better than my last brand for mixing
I actually do t know if it helps or not. I am not that far in. But it blend much better than blooms version. It is tasteless and I do blend with water and regular bloom. But we are taking 6-8oz so if it is good for me I can drink anything. I wish there was a way to get it vegan and still do its thing. I LOVE that the colostrum comes after all the baby calves are fed first. Compared to my one other brand experience it has better quality and I do have it on order again.

This was my second container but I don’t notice a difference in anything . I mix it with the pink one. I won’t buy anymore. Plus it taste GROSS!
