It helps squatting without weight, but I’ve heard when lifting heavy loads it should be a snug fit. This came on pretty easy so I don’t think it will last me a long time. Also the straps seem confusing , there’s not really proper instructions on how to put this on with images showing what the back and front is supposed to look like.
