Better specify details better.
Typically everything that fits the ninja 400 should fit the new ninja 500. As I was installing the slip on, I ran into a few issues. 1.) The slip on is slightly bigger than my exhaust and the fittings didn't help it any better. 2.) The ring bolt snapped under minor torque during the installation. 3.) The bolt to attach the slip on to the hanging bracket was just enough to get the nut on so thread lock loctite is recommended. 4.) The baffle fits no where on this thing. Overall, even though it's not a perfect fit and the welds look amateur, the sound is aggressive as well as the look. I'm choosing to keep it and make some adjustments to it.

Do not buy this to spend your money on something else
It does not fit. Also melts under high heat. I had the tip on and it got so hot. It melted off and almost killed me, causing it to hit the rear tire. Do not buy spend your money on something else. It also sounds like ass and the paint easily scraps.

Not a cut and dry install
Had to make to many modification for a simple slip-on. The bracket angle was way off, diameter of the pipe was off, the clamp was track, and bolts are cheap. The baffle is utterly useless. Ones mounted, it does give the bike a nice look. The sound is decent as well.
