This products makes me feel good and I haven’t been sick and or had a cold or anything.

Definitely feel a difference. It's not a magic pill or anything, you gotta be taking it for a bit. It gives you a boost in energy and I did realize my skin handling itself better. Very effective, never got an upset stomach. Great value for money.

This supplement has helped me to stay healthy and energetic and free of sickness I will continue to use it and with the Amazon subscription option I never run out. Highly recommended !!!!

Love, Love, Love, these vitamins. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish it came with more in a bottle and it's pricey. With that being said, I feel great when taking these. It has so many health benefits and you can feel the boost of energy. I'm not as tired throughout the day and I will continuing taking these. Sea Moss and blackseed oil along with the other ingredients are a staple for good health.

The product arrived as advertised.

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life. Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally. Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.

I take it with my last meal and by morning I start my day off great. It's good for my digestion
