Exactly what I needed. works in my truck perfectly and in the office. Perfect for someone who works in the field. A tablet and computer . The pen has me baffled at this point but I haven't done the proper research.

After using it for a week, I have learned that it's better then I expected. Once you get it, don't try using it right away. The first day you will need to let it update and it will continue to update the first day. If you try to use it while updating, it will be slow. It can overheat sometimes so just give it a 5 minute break of no usage. I use it for my personal use and it's great for me at least and it isn't slow like i thought it was at the beginning.

This computer is the slowest computer I have ever owned. Nearly a minute to load a page as long as there are few videos or adds. Facebook or youtube can take 2-3 minutes per page!!!!! I added one program, OpenOffice. This computer is all but useless

I bought it from a Vipoutlet seller. But the seller didn't send me an active pen. And when I press the power button, this product often doesn't turn on.

This is a very nice and portable laptop. I was excited to receive it and was looking forward put it to good use in the field. I think it's great for students. This was needed for work in construction to view site plans. Needed this laptop to view, edit and annotate files found in Adobe Acrobat. I wasnt able to do that unless I downloaded other copy cat apps. (making my files unsecure) My files weren't downloading properly from Adobe Acrobat cloud and I was very limited. (This was something I could do with Galaxy Note 10.1 before it was damaged.) It was slow to upload my files and it can be due to the files being large..have no clue. This product doesn't serve my purpose. Another thing, the camera could be better. I also need this to be useful for project photos showing details. Unfortunately, I will have to return this product.

Returned as not working correctly. Keyboard often did register on the screen and when using it as a tablet, the on board keyboard keeps jumping up even when you didn't want it or need it. Overall a 40% on software and 80% on equipment!!!

Very nice solid built little convertible lap top/tablet. Buy the 64gb memory version as the 32gb is very shy of space after Windows 10 take it's chunk. Do not be like others and start trying to use it immediately after jumping on the net, you will be frustrated. The first thing to do with it after initial turn on is to uninstall the 30 day McAfee. There is no need for it as Windows 10 has it's own Defender Software that works well. Connect to the net, then go to settings, update and security and check for updates. All new computers pre-loaded with Windows 10 will require many updates. Now be prepared to spend several hours reading a good book while it processes updates and re-starts several times. If you are trying to use it while updates are downloaded and installed, it will be very sluggish and you will be here writing unnecessarily bad reviews about how slow it is. Finally, after it catches up with the Windows updates to the present, you will find it is a very efficient little unit. Have fun!!

I bought this to replace a tablet, and I love it. The screen is a bit touchy, but the resolution is great and the battery lasts a very long time.
