I don't write reviews of the products I buy on-line thru Amazon. But this is an exception. Prior to buying I spent a lot of time deciding sight unseen if this would do the job. Easy to put together. Very, very quiet. Except for the seat being a little hard, I am very happy with this purchase. Selected this model, in part, because it has a small footprint. A lot of value for the money.

This exercise bike was just what I wanted, and at the price, it was also a great value. It's very well built with a frame that does not flex during hard pedaling and feels really solid when riding. In operation, it's not just quiet, but absolutely silent, making it a pleasure to listen to music or a podcast. The adjustments make it easy to find a good riding position. The included monitor has large digits and provides the information I most care about, minutes, speed, and "distance", as well as an estimate of calories expended. The magnetic resistance, coupled with the 40 lb. flywheel, provides a smooth feeling of riding momentum, not too different from riding a heavy bike on a freshly paved road. When I purchased this, I was debating getting a much more expensive exercise bike with a large screen and various programs to help make exercising more entertaining. Now I find that, with the silent and smooth operation of this bike, I'm very content to listening to podcast on a subject of interest, rather than staring at a screen. I know that there is an included app that I can download to my tablet which does provide sort of a simulated road trip. I haven't tried it yet, but given the quality of the bike, I expect the app will be interesting and a useful addition. Nonetheless, I find myself very satisfied with just a podcast for company, and I will probably take that approach most of the time.

S38 - Magnetic Great exercise bike. Quieter than a whisper! So glad I chose magnetic because the last bike I had was friction, and the noise was annoying. I wish it had a cup holder on the handles though. And I wish the lowest setting was zero resistance. Also, the foot cages are cheap and don’t let an average size male foot to go half way over the petals. I took mine off and have no issues now. It would be a little better if I could get the seat a little closer or the handle bars a little closer. Very easy to put together. I like that I can easily roll it in front of my TV to use it there, then easily put it back. It is very hefty and sturdy as well. Overall I am very happy with the bike. It gets. The job done so I can bike at home anytime and can focus my gym time in the weight room.

This is a great spin bike for the price. Its durable and solid, no side to side movement. Easy to assemble and set up.

I love this bike, it makes to so easy to want to work out. It was very easy to put together, the instructions were very clear plus it was already half done. Love the wheels on the front, as a petite woman i can move this around easily. Its SO quiet, virtually no sound I could whisper to my husband across the room and he can hear me. I feel like this bike is very sturdy, I can stand up and pedal with no worries. The seat can be a little uncomfortable but what bike seat isn't? The adjustments are very easy to do and being only 4'11 i can get it in the perfect settings for me. Love the functionality of this bike. For the price you can't beat it, I looked into so many bikes and this one checks all the boxes and is affordable.

Eh. Not what I was expecting but not horrible

I'm very happy with this purchase. Not completely smooth purchase experience but glad I bought it. The bike is great – almost silent when riding, magnetic resistance works really well, very customizable seating and handlebars, connects well with Apple Watch and Health. I don't think I'll use the Merach app other than to track my rides (it also has some gamification features and visualizations) but for tracking my rides it's working very well. My bike arrived with a defect, a clicking noise when the flywheel rotated. Customer service was very responsive – initially providing instructions on how to try to fix it, and then replacing the entire bike when those instructions didn't work. The replacement fixed the flaw. The description of the product was a bit misleading – when I bought it, the main description said "Automated Magnetic Resistance" but not all of the models have automated resistance adjustment. I assumed mine (the S38) did, as the model's description just said "magnetic" and not "manual." It's not a deal killer for me but would have been a nice feature. But having to turn the manual adjustment dial is not a hardship. (I see that they've changed the title to read "Automated Manual Magnetic Resistance" now, but that still doesn't clarify which models have which feature. Make sure you understand what you're getting.) For the extra work involved in troubleshooting and setting up a replacement bike, and to make up for the difference in description, customer service sent a partial refund. So I feel the issues were fully resolved and am happy with the purchase. So overall: very satisfied.

The bike works well but is very uncomfortable ordering a different seat hopefully it will help but it’s not made for tall people and puts your body in an awkward position. Only comfortable possible position is to stand on the petals after removing the foot cup and strap
