This is a must if you are sugar waxing. It makes sure the hair is grabbed but not the skin.

Got this to use with sugar wax. Helps a little with the removal of wax and lessened the rash/redness from removing wax along bikini line. I tend to always break out and hoped this would prevent that. It helps but doesnt stop or prevent it. The soft wax just seems to pull much more skin than hardwax and makes me skin react more.

Best powder out, I use it for waxing under arms and bikini line. The only thing is the size it’s very small

As a Vine reviewer, I've used this waxing powder to prep my skin, and it's a great addition to my at-home waxing routine. It has a pleasant smell and does a fantastic job of absorbing excess moisture, which really helps the wax grip better. I noticed a definite decrease in skin irritation and redness, making the whole process feel much gentler. While it does help reduce pain, I found that some of the very fine hairs seemed a little harder to pull out. However, the trade-off of less irritation and a smoother experience is worth it. Just be aware that it can make a little bit of a mess, so it's a product best used at home, not for travel. Pros: Helps Prep Skin: The powder absorbs oils and moisture, creating a perfect surface for waxing. Less Pain and Irritation: It significantly reduces the discomfort and redness that often comes with waxing. Pleasant Scent: The light fragrance makes the prep step much more enjoyable. Cons: Can Be Messy: The loose powder can get everywhere, so it's best to use it in a controlled environment. Can Make Some Hairs Harder to Pull: A few very fine hairs seemed more difficult to remove after using it.

I used this with regular wax, not sugar. After cleaning area to be waxed and letting it fully dry, I applied a very small amount and lightly rub over skin. This powder worked as expected to help wax adhere to hair and remove cleanly. There was still redness and mild irritation from the waxing process which is typical for me. The powder itself didn't cause any irritation. I like that the container is cute, small and easy to handle, it's easy to tap out a small amount of powder. It has a twist top to close off the shaker. The ingredients are high quality and considered safe and there's no scent. However, it's very expensive; I've been using corn-starch based baby powder for years and it's cheap and effective. If this in your budget and you like to use specifically designed products go for it. For me I didn't notice any special benefit to make me spend way more.
