Best Chair Ever
This chair is amazing in every way (for me). The microfiber is soft, it's so comfortable, the vibrating and heat are awesome to have while I work, and now, I can't get my daughter out of it even though it's at my work desk. The foot rest and recline is a great feature I actually use now and again, too. Yes, the vibration is loud when you get up from the chair, but we have several vibrating chairs and they all do it. Simple solution: turn the chair off when you get up with the remote that sits in a nice pocket right below your armrest. Speaking of the armrests: they are padded and so comfy. It is also so stylish in my office, which is a huge upgrade from the ugly black mesh one I've had in there for years. Best decision ever.

Pretty decent chair
For the price I think it’s a decent chair, it goes pretty far back and you can lock it in to place. The foot step is nice for someone with ADHD, I like the different options to put my feet! I’ve had it for about a week and the bars are kinda sinking. It works on carpet but is still a little difficult to get in and out of under my desk. The massage feature is nice but it’s more of just a light vibration, which is kind of mid to me. The cord gets in the way, I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve accidentally disconnected the cord. Would I buy it again, prob not but it is functional. As for assembly, I would rate it like 3/5

This chair is wonderful.
This seems to be the perfect chair for my home computer because it has comfort, strength and perfect support. It fits just right anatomically in all the right places and is very relaxing. Sometimes I just sit in it to chill out. Oh, and all the gadgetry and perks work.I have a nice little pillow I like to use with them.

Regretting this purchase
I should start by saying that Amazon has done what they can to help, and I am appreciative of that. But, quality control from this seller is obviously not great. The hardware package was missing two lock washers that go on the arm rests, and one plastic cap that covers the bolt holes on the arm rests. Packaging was in tact; it was clearly just not checked for accuracy. I will now have to go find lock washers at the hardware store, as I can't be sure the arm rests will stay without them. Furthermore, the mechanism that allows the back to recline is extremely loose. If you don't have the back locked engaged, it flops down to fully reclined on its own. You cannot partially recliner at all, nor can you get it to sit back up without pulling it up manually. I have sat in many office chairs over 26 years of office work, and I have never experienced this issue. Since this part is fully enclosed, I can't figure out how a person could remedy this. So I will just have to not use the reclining feature, which is a big part of what a person would want in a massaging chair. Aside from these issues, the instructions were reasonably clear and the material feels decent. The padding is abysmal, and there is no support to the back of the head. The photos make it appear like there is thicker padding at the back of the head area, but this is not the case. It is flush with the sides around it, so there is no support to the head. For comparison, a comparable quality of construction and padding could be found at an office supply store for less than half the price, albeit without the massage feature. But I would gladly trade the massage part for a chair back that could recline properly. If not for the effort that I put into assembling this, and the hassle it would take to repackage it, I would have returned it.

You Get What You Pay For?
This chair is just okay. A bit of a disappointment, but I guess you get what you pay for! I'll begin by saying assembly was fairly quick, in my opinion. I put it together myself and didn't really have any problems doing it. The instructions were clear enough and it was straight forward. Now onto the actual use. The fabric is nice and it doesn't look cheap from a distance, so that's a bonus. The comfort is just "meh". I bought this for work from home days and it's just NOT comfortable enough to sit at for like 8 hours. I had to use a really thick pillow to support my butt because it would hurt after being on this chair. Next, it's not great for posture. I had to keep adjusting the way I sat, because you can't sit straight in the chair. There's always a slight backwards tilt. I have to type a lot, so I found myself rounding my shoulders to lean forward during work. Big downside. I thought perhaps the "massage" features and heat would help and, well, they don't really. The heat is fine, I think that part is a plus. The "massage" is just vibrations, however. And the 'back' mode is really at my shoulders (I'm 5'7") at an awkward height where I don't even feel it unless I lean really hard into it. The 'thigh' mode is super awkward because it just makes your legs vibrate. I don't know what the point of that was. The modes are also so random that I never use them. Pretty much just stick to heat and 'lumbar'. Honestly, I expected it to be a lot more comfortable for the price. But I guess you get the foot support, which is what I wanted. This isn't the worst chair, but don't expect this chair to be top notch in any area.

Save your money and buy a v8
This chair is horrible. It’s feels like you’re sitting on a concrete floor. The seat feels like a hard piece of cardboard. The massager is very weak and the chair is flimsy. I should’ve red the reviews. Stay away

Try not to doze off!
I have it at home, but if I had it at work I would get nothing done because I'd fall asleep. I haveany times. It's SO comfortable. The con is the material. It's soft but obviously not durable. I think plopping in and out of the chair will loosen or rip this soon. I doubt it's stain-resistant. It will probably get that slick, dirty look from sweat and wear fast. It's worth the price. I'd buy another one today if they improved the surface material.
