The parts are made with obvious quality and sturdiness. The directions are clear and despite the multiple parts, the chair goes together quickly. I spent about 20 minutes unpacking the parts from the box and laying them out and about another 35 minutes putting the chair together carefully. Accordingly, I would imagine an average time of 1 hour to put the chair together. This is hands down, one of the most adjustable chairs I have ever purchased. The back of the chair can be adjusted vertically; the lumbar support can be adjusted vertically and made to feel firm or less firm with the turn of a knob. The headrest is also adjustable in many positions and heights and will give you more than adequate neck support in any position. The chair recline position is easy to lock in place and unlock. It can be left free to rock and the tension can be adjusted as well. I really like the fact that it can lock in a reclined position as well as any other position it goes in including upright which is how I lock it when working at my desk. The chair easily transitions between work and relaxation, and it is worth noting that many similar chairs will not lock in the reclined position. This chair does. The mesh is very high quality and comfortable, but you can also get this chair with a seat cushion instead of mesh to sit on. I would recommend this chair over many popular models including models that are hundreds of dollars more. The main con I have so far is how much unwrapping I had to do with all of the original parts. I also would have preferred an included wrench with one short side to avoid hitting parts while turning the bolts. I also suggest that you use the box to rest the chair against when you are putting the two big pieces together right before placing the chair on the gas lift/wheelbase. One other con would be no locks on the wheels, but this is exceedingly minor and only really bothersome in the fully reclined position as the chair sometimes keeps moving after you recline. The chair is very comfortable, and I could easily sleep in the chair in the reclined position, so a good napping position is an additional feature of this chair.

I've been using the FLEXISPOT ErgoX Premium chair for a couple of weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The build quality feels premium, and the ergonomic design makes a huge difference during long work sessions. The adjustable 3D armrests and lumbar support are fantastic — I was able to customize everything easily to fit my posture perfectly. The seat cushion is firm but comfortable, and the mesh back keeps me cool even after hours of sitting. I’m 6'2” (190 cm) and it fits me perfectly. Assembly was straightforward, the chair feels sturdy, and the tilt mechanism is smooth and supportive. I've used several office chairs before, but this is by far the most comfortable and well-designed one I've owned. Highly recommended for anyone who works long hours at a desk!

The assembly was a bit complicated but there were sufficient spares and the manual was very straightforward to comprehend. The chair is very comfortable and carries enough adjustments which are great to cater to a range of body types and heights. All in all it is good value for money and was a great but at this price point!

I’m very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable, breathable, and supportive for long hours of work. The lumbar support helps my back feel better, and the seat feels firm but not hard. The armrests adjust easily, the recline is smooth, and the footrest is great for short breaks. The chair feels sturdy and well made, and the value for the price is excellent. Highly recommend!

I've been working in a desk job for 15+ yrs and this is the best chair I've ever had. I am tall and big, and usually the chairs will lack one of those features I need. This has them all. Recliner that doesn't go off randomly, the foot rest, the arm positions, the Lumbar support and of course the head/neck support. All of them you can fully adjust to your needs. Putting it together was like 20min job with clear instructions and all the parts needed. Been using for two weeks and I've already started to feel much better on my lower back and my neck. Since i am a big guy, I can vouch for its stupidness.

Yeahhh...this one’s a no-go for me, which sucks because I was genuinely excited about it. That bulbous lumbar support...no matter the setting...absolutely wrecks my back. It’s all I feel. On top of that, the mesh grabs and bunches my clothes every time I lean back. Cross-legged sitting (one leg tucked under the other) is impossible...it just digs into the frame. There’s no good position or workaround. Speaking of the frame...I’ve never experienced this with other chairs, but the front edge of the seat literally makes my legs fall asleep. Leg/foot rest? Gimmick. Janky implementation with more frame digs on bare ankles. The headrest sounds nice in theory, until you shift your position and it clacks down, forcing yet another readjustment. At the same time, the armrests clack forward because you have to push on them to scoot into position while using the headrest. End result: trying to get comfortable while the chair actively fights you at every joint. Absolute mess with the end result being that bulbus lumbar thing killing your back. Like damn...I need a break from this "comfortable" chair! Back to my Ikea Markus F-tier brick until I find something else. Which is more comfortable than this, if that tells you anything 😂

I work from home most of the time, and this chair has been a lifesaver! Super easy to adjust, really sturdy, and the mesh keeps me cool during long hours. The hidden footrest is a nice bonus. I pull it out when I need to stretch or relax for a bit. Comfortable, stylish, and totally worth it!
